Une fois l’appareil acheté il n’y a plus personne.
6 mois après achat, mon déshumidificateur commence à faire un bruit bizarre (grincements insupportables). J’écris au SAV : pas de réponse. J’essaye au téléphone : toujours saturé. Je ressaye par email: rien.
Au téléphone, j’essaye encore demandant un autre service, et je tombe sur un technicien pour les pro qui dit que le sav est parti en allemagne et que depuis c’est « difficile ». il m’avait promis de transmettre le dossier au responsable allemand: toujours rien.
Bref je ne compte plus le mails envoyées. Pas de réponse.
Si vous achetez Trotec, vous n’avez aucune garantie. Une arnaque !
Heureusement après 3 mois le grincement est parti tout seul…

I am not that person who likes to complain and I always try to find a friendly and peaceful solution.
This time unfortunately i have to leave this negative comment of the company called TROTEC. They are selling dehumidifier.
I ordered a product from them end of November from a uk website paid sterling pounds and believed the product comes from UK and be with me in few days.
I made the payment, i received the confirmation about the payment and the tracking.
The first shock came here when I realised this item is coming from Germany. On their website was not any information at all about the fact the item is coming from abroad.
The 2nd shock when I got a email from UPS delivery company and they required me to pay extra tax to get the item.
I emailed the company regarding this extra tax they answered me back and said they will refund me.
I got the item after 2 weeks which had defects and it came with a Europe plug.
I decided to send it back what the company accepted.
Days and weeks gone but still didn’t received the tax refund, I sent one email to the other.
Thanks God I payed the item through paypal so at least I got that money back with their help.
After over a month I still did not get the tax refund, they ignore my emails in the last 10 days. I believe i won’t get the refund back never.
I am very very disappointed.
I would like to share this story as I believe they are not fair with their customers as they are not providing full information regarding the item and the delivery also they not sending refund back even they said they will.
Very very bad customer service be careful if you order anything from them.

hatte dann nach fast 6 Monaten die Restlieferung erfolgreich storniert, das zuviel bezahlte Geld wollten Sie zurücküberweisen. das haben sie in bisher 6 Wochen nach ihrer Zusagen und mehrmaligem Nachfragen von mir nicht fertigbekommen.
sie sagen mir immer wieder zu, das ich mein Geld bekomme. Ich habe jetzt gerade wieder mit ihnen telefoniert und mir auch vorbehalten, das ich mich an die Polizei wende, wenn sie mir mein Geld (26,66€) nicht zurückgeben.

hier noch eine kleine Aktualisierung:
ich habe soeben bei paypal einen Fall eröffnet und mein Geld zurückgefordet.

Onbereikbaar. Een elektrische verwarming gekocht en teruggestuurd maar nooit meer iets gehoord. Nog geen geld terug ontvangen en onbereikbaar

Wie so viele andere negative Bewertungen, muss ich mich leider auch anschließen.
Unvollständiges Packet, danach kein Kontakt über Hotline möglich (in Summe 8 Stunden klingeln lassen), keine Antworten auf Email.
In der Gewerbekunden-Hotline war nach zwei mal Klingeln sofort jemand am Apparat, kann aber leider keine Auskunft geben.
Schlechte und veraltete Montageanleitungen die nicht mehr zu den Artikeln passen.

Kurzum, nicht zu empfehlen.
Nächstes mal lieber von Mitbewerber mit grüne Artikel kaufen!
