I have applied for new jobs with my cv and keep getting rejected I know it part of the process but I was under the impression that the service would guarantee me a least job interview with this new cv so I am bit confused and not happy.

Ich habe heute die "Lebenslaufkritik" bekommen. Zitate: "Obwohl Sie über 0 Jahre Berufserfahrung verfügen, verkauft Ihr Lebenslauf Sie klar unter Wert." Aha, NULL Jahre Berufserfahrung unter Wert verkauft, wie geht das?
"Sie verfügen über umfassende Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten. Ihr Lebenslauf spiegelt das leider nicht wieder." Ach, im nächsten Satz habe ich plötzlich umfassende Erfahrungen, wobei es doch null Jahre waren.....
Also, alles nur aus Textbausteinen zusammengesetzt, ohne Sinn, nur um eine Dienstleistung zu verkaufen. Da gibt es seriösere und preiswertere Quellen zur Unterstützung im Internet.

"What a Nightmare---- SCAM COMPANY"

Please stay away from this company, I was a returning client and in 2020 I used their services, hence I was super satisfied.
Due to some changes I decided to work with them again, in space of two years they triple in value, but well quality cost, specially if you need an extra push to land that dream job you are looking for, so I paid gladly because I was sure they will be that cherry on top of the cake that will help me achieve my goal.
Here my experience:
- I purchased the service but they had different teams and because previously I used the UK service this went to that team however I needed the CV in French, which they transferred with a due date of 16 January.
-The due date arrived and I never got my CV, with two interviews aligned on the 24th & 25th January 2025 and specifically mentioning this to them, they promised to deliver on the 20th in case some corrections had to be done ... they did not deliver at all. My interviews got cancelled by the recruiters as I was not a serious person, and I was unable to sustain a deadline.
- The assign a Writer that had no idea about my industry which is the luxury industry. We are very specific and we use an specific jargon, we have some codes and we have some visuals to respect, the writer call me and actually told me she did never did a CV for this industry and this was her side hussle so she will work on in when not at work----- WHAT IN THE REPUBLIC OF THE BANANA IS THIS?
- Multiple times I raised concerns to the top CV about my writer, and after my coaching her we got to something barely decent - then I have to correct her grammar, and I was not born and raised in France.

After a month of sending this famous nigthmare CV, who took a month and a half to prepare I have not received even a call, so l approached some fellow friends on my network HR managers and they evaluated the CV with their ATS and these are their findings:

The ATS analysis rates the CV at a 53% score overall, with content quality at only 23%.
The CV style scores a mere 50%, and individual sections score as low as 37%.
The experience section notably lacks quantifiable achievements from previous positions.
The file size of approximately 5.5 MB is impractical for many platforms.

The cover letter, which scores only 68% on ATS evaluation, fails to provide concrete evidence of my motivations for the role. Its design does not align with the CV, resulting in a disjointed presentation.

Given the fact they sale their boundles like if you do not get called or receive interviews we will review your CV and make right BIG LOL ..... once I activate this warranty here the answer that I paraphrase:

"We do not care if you think you is a good job or not we will do nothing"

Even if they offer in their terms and conditions they will do a revision
