Habe ein Paket gekauft um bei einem Programm mehr Funktionen zu erhalten. Nach der Installation inkl. Neustart etc. kann ich noch immer nicht auf die Funktionen zugreifen. Wähle ich diese an, komme ich wieder auf die Bezahl-Seite um das Paket zu kaufen. Jämmerlich!

Very scammy the way they do business. Wanted to try In Pixio 9 from a fb ad and downloaded it, then it said activate and I tried and it made me buy it, in light writing it said one year, I was upset I had to buy it to try it, missed it was only one year, Avanquest sells it for a one time price only 20.00 more. Then I asked for a refund because I did not want to keep paying year after year so they offered me 2 years for the same price. I said ok but I want to try it first if I am not happy with it I want a refund, then had to uninstall the fake one and install the supposed real one it then did not work. They wanted me to allow a tech in my computer, well no way. I told them no way. They still did not offer me a refund. Guarantee says 100% satisfaction, it is a flat out lie. Who would let a liar have access to their computer. Will never do business with again.

"Horrendous"

Horrendous. Do not touch this company. You buy one item and they then charge you for 3 more. Then a technician will tell you that your computer runs slow and he can help to speed it up and if you don't know what's happening they will "abuse" your computer. It took me 4 hours to run all the antivirus programs and I still have a problem that I can't uninstall the program!

I purchased online TV 15 and it would not download. Billing Number UEEQX2QQ.
Asked for help but no reply. Do not use Upclick as they have not supplied the program as described, failed to answer my email and now have my credit card details.

They are Fraud ! Today I ordered Soda PDF 11 editer online which seems real tobe the Soda PDF website, but got email from Upclick.com and billing from softwaremypc.com.

They seems to be just stealing credit cards details. i hope to manage this with my bank before they steal something.
