Ordered item on 1st January, promised it would be back in stock on the 25th February so patiently waited. No update so I had to ask again on the 27th February to be told it would now be 31st March. Asked for refund immediately to be bombarded with 10% discount offers and free delivery on next purchase multiple times. Finally had confirmation my refund will be through in 5-7 working days. Not good enough Moda. You should not be selling items that are not in stock for 4 months..... Avoid at all costs

Simply awful customer service from start to finish. I ordered some Xmas lights in December. They promoted a 25% discount, but there was nowhere to apply their promo code before payment was taken. The description of the lights was incorrect so I wanted to return them. I got no response from their online chat function and then nothing from emails for several days. I have now been back and forward with them dozens of times and as of Feb, I still have not had a full refund. They also point blank refuse to give me their head office address so that I can contact trading standards. Please don't ignore this review, they are a terrible company

Wado, the store manager of the Manchester shop, was so helpful, friendly and had such a pleasant customer approach. He went out of his way to make our experience a good one and even to the extent of personally delivering the leather chair we bought and carrying it for us to our flat nearby.
We can't thank him enough for his customer care and he is an absolute credit to your company.
Nia,too, was so pleasant and welcoming on our visits. We would recommend to any future customers that the quality of service and care at this store is excellent. Many thanks to Wado...such a great chap!
