Can I give no stars? Utterly appalling. Talked to a Whistl operative today. She was polite enough but all she could tell me was "we are only the account holder". This was repeated numerous times parrot fashion. I wanted to know why I was receiving constant "item out for delivery" messages for an item ordered over a month ago which has yet to appear. But even this simple question is beyond them.

Our company has been using Whistl for several years mainly to deliver small packets. Our experience is very good and also our account manager Lauren is very helpful.

"Excellent Service"
Our account manager Victoria, and her colleague April were both excellent and very professional always. When we encountered an issue at the beginning of our relationship with Whistl, they did everything they could to rectify the problem and since then our business relationship with Whistl has been very enjoyable. Both Victoria and April are friendly, personable and responsive, and I would thoroughly recommend them.
There have been a very limited number of instances where a collection could not take place, but we were always notified of this in advance, and Their attitude and proactivity was highly valued by our team.

"Joke of a company"
NO customer service...on three occasions I have had items allegedly to be delivered by them all they do is pass your delivery onto Royal mail or Yodel which adds days onto your delivery date and you have no way of tracking it. Latest shipment to me is meant to arrive today and they show as paperwork not even completed at this point. Shipping number H00IEA0015209493 in case but very unlikely event they follow this up.

I was asked to provide my tracking number (JD0002210473843128) and someone at Whistl would check it out to see what had happened to my order. I've heard nothing so far. Total silence!

Totally useless, live plants are supposed to be transported not sit in your hub until they die. Avoid!!

Parcels lost after creating the shipment its only shows shipment create but nothing turns up when shipment handed over to Whistle.
Its happens twice a month and whistle does not bother to resolve the issue more then 300 parcels were lost.
Just email them and wait for ages for reply

"Whistl delivery disgusting."
Ordered a house number from the UK Sign shop and they delivered using hermes. We opened the parcel and the acrylic back plate was damaged so emailed for a replacement.A replacement was sent out and delivered by whistl again. The same item was damaged in the same place. Sent email with pictures of damaged acrylic and uk sign shop sent another on out.Guess what whistl delivered it again and a 3rd parcel was damaged!!!! Contacted the UK Sign Shop by phone and asked them to send me another replacement out but using another delivery company.Our parcel arrived within 2 days posted by Royal Mail and it was in perfect condition. Never order from the UK Sign Shop if you are expecting your parcel 1st time if they are using whistl deliver it.

Just received a delivery from whistl the order has been missing since 30th March.No tracking info at any time until today.The date on the shipping label is 30th March so they have had the parcel for 2 weeksbefore passing to Hermes.Terrible service for the companies who use them and the customers who are waiting for deliveries
