Order from Amazon, delivery by Whistl on Monday, no Friday, no Saturday or Sunday, revised back to Monday, but maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. What's the point of tracking when you get such CRAP service from Whistl?
I hope they disappear soon.

Absolute rubbish. Whistl directed this package to Hermes who could not be bothered to deliver it, simply throwing it over the wall into the carpark of the school next door. Need I say more

whistl are TNT rebranDed, both absolutely inept. Im waiting for delivery of 2 items off amazon, for one of the items tracking says handed to Roya Maill, thats 5 days after dispach, for the other purchase the tracking information hasn't been updated for 5 days. Neither item delivered on time and I'm still waiting

This hurts the seller reputation and end customer, whistl will not last long and dont deserve to. I am about to cancel both orders and ask for a refund. Got to a point where I wont buy online from sellers using whistl and other known inept couriers. Look at the reviews on trust pilot/google,,,,,cant all be wrong

I ordered a package in NS Canada to be delivered by another company and to my surprise I got a tracking number from whistl that did not work. Somehow I managed to find another tracking number and I am not getting very far with that seeing as I am in Canada and the company who suppose to have my package is in the UK. Ordered things for my daughters Christmas concert and paid 3x the amount for shipping and now I have no clue what is going on with my package and the items will now be of no use.
