After 3 weeks of waiting on a parcel, I called to find it had been routed to the USA and not my country; Greece!!
No apologies, no information about refunds, compensation, just a case of "It happens sometime!"

I have a parcel on the way (apparently) but it hasn’t been delivered. The tracking hasn’t been updated since “shipment details created” which is incredibly frustrating! I tried calling whistl but it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full! - presumably full of messages wondering where parcels are! If whistl actually ever read this please can you tell me who is actually delivering my parcel as I’ve tried putting my tracking number in several uk couriers sites to no avail! Where is my parcel L1067211000019808001 why doesn’t your website actually track and why don’t your staff answer the phone?!

"End users and businesses will suffer using Whistl"
The delivery of my parcel has been delayed due to issues in the depot, and when I contacted the help line advising that I need the parcel by tomorrow, the adviser - Tim, informed me that he has chased for an update from the depot team and will update me as soon as he has something. Sounds good with the exception that he failed to mention that it will take 1-2 working days just to get a response from the depot, thus rendering the delivery by tomorrow impossible. When asked for his employee ID so I could raise a complaint he told he doesn't have one, which is hard to believe in a company registered in England and Wales. Service and client support is by a considerable margin the worst you can ever expect in any industry. AVOID Whistl AT ALL COST. From now on I will also check if the sellers are using this delivery company and I will stay away from them as well.

There is no way you can contact regarding a delivery and they do not answer emails I would give them a -10 if I could absolutely disgraceful service.

"We keep getting letters from Whistl…"
We keep getting letters from Whistl addressed to a person who has not been in our address for at least 2 years. Every month we send them back with Return to Sender written all over. How can this company be so annoying that even after returning letters for 2 years they still insist on sending them out?! That's at least 24 returned letters!

This is the worst service ever!!!its sad am forced to give you even a star ,got a message on the 30th of September,2019 that my parcel has been dispatched and should be with me in a day or two ,till date which is almost two weeks am still waiting for this said parcel.Tried tracking online all I see is delivery query,called severally ,number goes to voicemail. you need to stop letting people down like this because you are spoiling their businesses!!!

"How to lose customers: involve Whistl in your business"
In the past month I have twice ordered a book - from different booksellers, both of whom have, in the past, delivered well before the expected delivery date. On the last two occasions, however, Whistl was involved in the business: one book needed more than three weeks to travel about seventy miles; on the other, ordered via Amazon, the book arrived three days after the last 'expected' delivery date (that is, two weeks after the order was placed).
These were the first occasions on which the name 'Whistle' entered my consciousness - and my feeling at present is that, where this company is involved in the delivery, I might as well WHISTLE for it as expect it within a reasonable time.
One star is too much. It is worse than bad. It is a company offering a service, presumably being paid for that service, and then, put simply, FAILING to deliver that service.

Why can we not give 0 stars. How do they stay in business? Waited in all day for a parcel, checked tracking at 4pm to be told delivery attempted. No one came, no card left. Had trouble with this so called company before, same problem. They treat us with utter contempt. Lies, lies and more lies. If anyone from Whistl is reading this the no. is 0864479148544729. No idea where or when I can now get my parcel. Total farce.
