Thank you to my intense course for finding my instructor , Aurel. I completed my course over two weeks , with a test to end with. Unfortunately I failed due to nerves of my first time. Aurel then managed to get me another test within 3 weeks. Which I passed with 3 minors. He was amazing and understanding instructor who catered to my anxiety perfectly and made me feel at ease

"Avoid, driving instructors don't like this company!"

Avoid this company at all costs. I'm a driving instructor and was due an intensive course for them. I've found out from the learner their course is cancelled but the company haven't informed me, so now I have large gaps in my diary I could have given to a different learner. When I've tried to contact the company for an update they haven't responded.

It's clear from other reviews they treat their customers poorly, but they do the same to instructors.

If you want to book an intensive course, find a local independent instructor and you'll be much better off.

"I was told that when I booked in…"

I was told that when I booked in February that my son could have a course of 6 lessons in April, when home from Uni.I explained that he wouldn’t take an Easter job to be available for any dates.
7 weeks later and several calls, many excuses and promises to sort it out , I get Ryan, I see others have mentioned him, he’s appalling!!! He talks over you, clearly reading from a script, he’s rude and lacking in any manners or charm. When I tried to get a word in, he hung up.
Don’t touch them with a barge pole!

I had booked this course as I had needed to pass my test quickly. The service was great they kept me up to date with everything and my driving instructor Stuart was a great instructor. He was friendly and polite, and a great character. I would recommend this company to anyone I know as I thought they were great.

"3 rating due to attitude of one staff"

Booked in Jan 23 for a 6 hour course in April. The course was needed due to son being in Navy on phase 2 training so needed test when home. We had two allocated instructors who once they contacted us, couldn’t do the test date. This caused us lots of stress. Lucy and Mike were fantastic but Ryan is not a good person to be in customer service. When I was trying to explain my son needed to keep his test in April and it not be changed, he was rude and spoke over me. Was not helpful at all. Did eventually inform me we can lock a rat date which we did. I then spoke to Mike who was fantastic and understand our need, finding us an instructor. My son passed his test BUT this was due to all previous lessons NOT because of this course. We really just needed the test date, very expensive test date!

Not even 1 star, 0 star!
I booked a 12 hour intensive course and paid in full in November 2022 as I am disabled and due to have a major operation and he will be mine and his younger sisters main carer and will need to drive while I recover ( it’s a year recovery period) it is now April 2023, after months of not getting anywhere I suggested other areas where my family live to help them get an instructor and get this moving forward, my son eventually ended up staying 200 miles away in Sussex. The actual driving instructor is good but the company did not book the test - I am still waiting for my son to have his test - his supposed week course with test at the end finally started three weeks ago, after phoning again to complain that a test had still not been booked my son called the DVLA and was told that he had been given test and it was booked somewhere in Scotland on 31 May, this is outrageous!! We have since had to book and pay for another test in the area that he actually is in !!
This has cost me twice as much as it should have done and I have requested a full refund, apparently I should hear back from the company in 7 to 10 days but I won’t hold my breath, I will call them everyday until I speak to someone who can give me a sensible answer.
What an awful, stressful and frustrating experience that I wish on nobody……

"Worst service do not waste your time…"

Worst service do not waste your time with this company! I applied for a crash course in June 2022 to start in July 2022 this did not happen. After trying to contact the company and getting ignored then being told I just have to wait. Finally in February 2023 I was contacted by a instructor ready to start lessons with me then he kept cancelling with excuses after cancelling 2 lessons he decided he can’t give me lessons anymore. Contacted the company again and they said sorry they will get back to us by the end of the week. 2 months later we couldn’t get in contact with them after ringing them every week. Will be trying to get a refund today. This company is like a scam and I can see I’m not the first person they’ve done it to!

"Helpful and efficient"

I needed a 10 hour crash course for a test which was on the horizon and the company were quick and helpful in making sure I was given an instructor in time for the test. My instructor, Steve Strong, was personable, friendly, and more importantly patient throughout the course ensuring that I passed my test confidently. Would recommend this company again.
