"Stay clear"

I booked with this company in July and selected a test date in August, that day came and went, kept calling the company to be informed that these dates are not 100% ( rather stupid but ok) then got told that they passed my information to a driving instructor on the 2nd of September, I had two weeks off from the 16th September until today and informed the company that I would make myself free for these days, it's now the last day of my holiday after multiple calls I've been told that a date still hasn't been set. Requested a refund and the call agent informed me that I need to fill in a form and the refunds team will try and resolve the issue. If you are looking for a crash course go elsewhere they seem like a company that will over promise and dont have a clue how to do their jobs.

"I am giving one star due to the lack of…"

I am giving one star due to the lack of communication with regards to a test date. I was able to book and pass my theory test very quickly but this is where it all starts to go downhill. I had to move cities and realised I had not had any communication on behalf of myintensivecourse after 3 months. I had emailed several times to ask for a refund and weeks went by with no response. It has now been 5 months with no confirmation of a test date. I called the team and the first one went to voicemail but the second was rather pleasant but blunt. I had described my experience of no contact and how disappointing this was. I have now filled in TWO refund request forms and I have again had to call to get a follow up of the next steps. Phone conversations are very pleasant however, when booking with this course, do not have ANY high expectations.

"A shambles of a company - rude"

Terrible experience for start to finish. Stay clear of this driving school.

I booked a driving course two months ago put the deposit down and was told the would a 100% find someone within four weeks. After a few weeks I heard nothing back. I rang a to then be informed it may take 4-6 weeks so to wait till 6 weeks. After 6 weeks went by I was reassured they would find someone it may take longer than expected. The miss-information told me lead me to believe that could find someone which they could not. They have never followed up and kept me updated I have spent the last two months pestering and chasing to get answers. They can never fully inform or update I only got a response of to ring back in a few days. I am incredibly annoyed as I have now wasted two months and will have to push back my test. This has been a massive inconvenience and has been a stressful experience from start to finish. It’s not 8 days till my test and they are still telling me to wait for an update. I asked for a refund and they are unhelpful to process my refund and told me to do it on the website. The customer service is shocking. They are rude and unhelpful, I am regretful that I went with this company and wasted my time with them. Stay clear and do not use!

"Poor customer service"

I have put down a deposit for my intense driving course which was a payment of £200 on the 19th of July, I’ve been in contact with you guys multiple times and I was told that my course would start on the 16th August. Since then it has been over 10 working days and my course has not started, this has caused a huge inconvenience as I need my license to start my job, I’m very disappointed with the customer service I have been provided. I hope this company gets back to me with an update.

I Booked with the company in the middle of June, they have been brilliant with any questions I had before my course date started. I had been set up with an ADI just 4 weeks in to start my lessons. They provided me with a test date at the start of August. Would highly recommend!!

"Theory test"

I failed my theory wanted to rebook for free as jt stated on the website they said I need to pay because I didn't do enough revision I got 100% on my multiple choice questions and only did 30% on hazard perception because of an error with the app I have only just found out its not compatible with a mobile phone so now they are charging me to rebook my theory test stay away I wish I read a review like this before i signed up I will be seeking legal advice because of the misrepresentation of your company

U did not contact me at all stating I didn't revise enough and I have only failed once not twice no i will not be removing any review as this is my honest opinion and I did log back in and its still doing the same thing


Edit 2 one day before my test when I complained that it want working its just not the customer service I was expecting its shocking and I passed hazard perception anyway so I really don't think it should stop me from getting mu free resit

absolute rubbish from start to finish. had to book my own test and they couldn’t be bothered to find an instructor in my area when there clearly was one available. i asked for a refund which i am still chasing up, the management are non existent and the kids on the phones are rude and ill mannered. bad company. stay well clear!!!
