Excellent customer service. Lovely on the phone. They got me an amazing instructor. Had my test a day after my last lesson and passed with only 2 minor faults! These people don’t get the credit they deserve.

I booked my cours driving test on 20/09/2022 I had I call next day with my instructor David , was brilliant and very friendly and very patient with me and that what I was looking for we had 24 hours course And Myintensivecoure they was very nice and helpful and I passed my driving test with 0 fault thanks to David.

"Would not recommend"

Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience with this company. We signed up in August with a guideline date of early September. It was Mid-November before we got any lessons schedule. Once we had the instructor and were having the lessons it became very apparent that the instructor was not interested in teaching, he was only bothered about his car! Therefore, it has been a complete waste of money as we are no further forward after the allocated driving hours and there are no driving tests scheduled at the end of it. We are not happy with the instructor, and we now need to go and source our own instructor and start again.
The bits that they don't make clear on their website are; they do not have a pool of instructors lined up and ready, they put your request out to tender with instructors in your area so if there is not one available or willing you will wait a long time to be allocated an instructor and there is no fast-track test waiting at the end of your course. It is the same as if you were with an ordinary instructor where they can use the app to see if there are any cancellations.
I would not recommend this company and wish that we had not wasted money on this.

I wish I'd read your reviews before buying an intensive driving course with this company. They took my deposit of £398 in April 2022 and it has been 6 months so far and nothing has been delivered. No instructor allocated, no test booked, nothing. I have rung repeatedly and been told the delays (from covid) are out of their control. I have requested a refund and been refused. They are a SCAM. Doing some research I notice they have only been registered as a company since March 2022. I doubt they have ever provided any driving lessons or courses, they appear entirely fraudulent. AVOID THEM.

"Not happy at all I booked this course…"

Not happy at all I booked this course in April 2022 since then I have had 2 and half hours of driving I had issues with driving instructor not caring not being supported saying he's need 2 weeks notice because he work !? Well that's he's job right to do driving lessons!.. I keep going on live chat to get help they seem helpful but there not as nothing gets done . I took time off work for this course to focus on driving. I requested a refund as I was sick and tired of getting stressed and noone understanding. Yet waiting 2 weeks to find out I can only have not even half off the amount I paid my wages and father paid for this course to get me on the road. The reason why I wasn't allowed it's because I need to book more than 12 hours of lessons. When I stated I have only done 2hours so far from April!! I was asking driving instructor to do an hour off driving he's reply backs fully booked.
2 off my mates have had there test with the time frame from April using a cancellation app.
I currently like in Kent and my test is booked 8 and hours away. There has been time where I was able to get one closest but driving instructor said it's too short notice!?
