Avoid at all costs! Absolutely terrible customer service & get spoken to diabolical.. never called bk by a manager when promised and asked for a refund over 4 weeks ago and still waiting 🙄 had the cheek to hold a deposit even though i paid in full and wanted a refund due to the extremely poor customer service and simply lack of service, will now be taking a claim with the small claims court. Please avoid as absolute fraudsters

"Ok but a bit of disappointment"
They were quick to take your money, quick to find a driving instructor and quick to book a test but disappointed there was no follow up when I failed my test. Clearly only interested if you passed.

Delayed course start date resulting in waste of work annual leave, lack of communication and no one took responsibility and resolved. Took an extra three weeks for my course to commence. Luckily my instructor was only late 3 days out of 6 and my instructor could only fit me in for six days of lesson, resulting in having to do 5/5/5/4/7/7 hour lessons.

"Great company"
My instructor was professional and helpful! The service overall was good and easy to get in touch if I had a problem. It did take a while to get a start date (4months roughly) through but I think that’s due to back log from the pandemic. But once I did start it was plain sailing and my test date was really quick!

"SCAMMERS"
Booked lessons in January as my partners theory was due to expire and I told them on many occasions. After being told she was near test ready by a previous instructor (who was fully booked passed her theory expire) we booked 12 hours as this according to their site was enough. 1st lesson came " you need to book 12.hours on top of already booked hours!! OK that's a pain but we did halfway through the course instructor went awol for 6 weeks going on holiday twice no contact or test date. Phone company who blamed instructor and vice verses. A test was booked, two days before test oh sorry driving instructor away again after countless texts and rude calls to company I get a call saying oh you need more lessons!!! Your partner is to nervous???? SO with 3 weeks left of her theory she now needed more lessons purely for the fact she's was nervous for a test hmmm. Instructor refused to put her through test ( can I just say according to the company this guy is one of their best, I'd hate to see their worst) got refunded money back however test fees toke nearly four weeks. This company do not care about passing people they want your money and nothing more!!! For an example of their nature to people who stand up for themselves. I rang their number on both mine and my partners number which they have and was on hold for well over an hour. My sister called them from her mobile while we were still on hold and hey presto two minutes later I was yet again able to shout down phone at them. Please read contract and avoid at all costs a grey area in the law allows this del boy and son company to continue to take peoples money.

Ordered in October it is now June. Requested refund 4 times still waiting. First instructor was rude never on time and continously rescheduled. She was always kn phone and due to me complaining she refused to teach me.

Never known a company so horrendous! Instructor was 40 minutes late and very rude, it’s anything but intensive driving, we had 2 hours then nothing for a few weeks!
Requested a refund in January after ringing constantly, and only got my money back last week.
Honestly don’t know how they are still in business! AVOID!!!!!

"Do not book with this company"
Do not book with this company, I paid an initial deposit of around £330. I was told this would take 4-6 weeks and at the most 10 weeks. It’s now been 14 weeks and I have had no update, when I call they give me no information. I have requested a refund but however if I continue I will have to pay admin fees of £264. Meaning this company is going to charge me around £550-£600 to leave the course because I was lied to about the time period.
This has been detrimental to my work life and has effected me very negatively.
I will not take this lightly and will be in contact with companies house about my treatment and unprofessional customer service.
Do not trust them, I called up and asked why there were so many negative reviews and I was told it was bots and fake accounts.
This is not the case.
Unless you want to lose your money do not book through the scam of a company

"I have been waiting since 15th…"
I have been waiting since 15th February, I have called I don't even know how many times , I've written a complaint and also requested a refund of £400 !!! They are a SCAM !!! They end the phone as soon as you speak to them regarding a refund !! They're never a manger their they are fauding people right left and center do NOT BOOK WITH THEM , Iam taking out a county court judge against them and I will be reporting them to the police . They are scaming people
