"I booked and paid but got nothing"
I booked and paid in full for an intensive course in March. I still havnt heard anything nearly 4 months later. When I phone I get fobbed off with the same rubbish. I emailed complaints regarding refund heard nothing in over a month. Its starting to feel like I have been scammed they cant deliver what they promise if no luck soon on to the ombudsman

Please please don't go anywhere close to these guys I passed my theory test in September 2022 and I'm still waiting to do my practical test and my driving lessons total waste of time,and it's just like they don't give a damn about you.
They have been paid in full for there service but I end up doing all the leg work like what the hell really.

"TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY"
I have booked a intensive course and it has taken longer than they have said for me to get my course. My driver never answers phone and they are extremely unresponsive. I have asked for a refund and they are saying that they will not be able to refund me as you have to wait 12 weeks after buying for a refund. They said if I do get a refund it will only be half of what I payed. I have payed £500 for these lessons and I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this driving school to anyone. Please stay away from using them. Terrible service.

"Zero customer service - complete SCAM"
Zero customer service. Just look at all the negative reviews. Avoid at all costs.
My son booked a course with test back in March, and requested his test on the 12th June.
He has so far received no updates on his actual test date, and zero communication from the company, despite numerous phone calls, emails, and their complaints procedure. Constantly fobbed off when he calls them. The requested test date has now passed, and all the driving lesson hours have been used up. If nothing positive is received this week, we will be asking our bank to request a refund as, so far, this would appear to be a scam company.
Avoid at all costs.
Update 19/06/23. On hold for 50 minutes so far... Disgraceful.
Update 22/06/23 in response to their reply - I have already responded via Trustpilot and given my son's full name. And now sent an email. Seems like stalling tactics to me.

The company emailed me on 22/06/2023 making excuses but offering no solutions and no positive outcome. They did however beg me to amend this review, as follows:
"We would be grateful if you could consider updating or revising your review on Trustpilot after giving us another chance. We assure you that we will do everything in our power to make things right for you. Your updated review will greatly help us improve our services while also helping potential customers make informed decisions about working with us".
I replied to their email, suggesting some possible solutions, and informing them that my son's driving instructor has managed to find a suitable test date for him. The one job they have been paid to do!
To date I have heard nothing from the company. I expect that I will now hear from them again, now that I have added to this review...

The company sent an email, admitting they had failed to do the one thing they had been paid to do, failed to keep in touch or respond to any correspondence, yet refused to make any refund. This is basically fraud. We will be taking this further until a refund is received.

This was reported as a Scam to my son's bank, and the fees paid have now been refunded. Clearly this confirms that this is a scam company. I would advise any customers with similar issues to report it as a scam to their bank. Basically you have paid for a service which you have never received.

"Absolutely shocking!!"
Absolutely shocking!!! Please stay away from these guys! I paid for an 18 hour course for last week, took a week off work for it and it was an absolute waste of time. Shocking customer service, no answers, no help... !! I have requested manager call back to no avail but I now intend to seek legal advise on how to get my money back from these cowboys as well as contacting trading standards because these guys shouldn't be allowed to do what they do - I'm a single mum and have scrimped and saved to be able to afford this course.
UPDATE - Despite what the update from the company has said below, no the situation hasn't been sorted out. Just avoid this company... I've spent too long reaching out to them and being upset about this whole situation. It's been exhausting, its been expensive and it's been utterly pointless

Avoid this company at all costs!! Have been back and forth with rude members of staff over the phone for months now waiting on a refund which I’m a yet to receive.
UPDATE: I have not received any phone calls from yourself. I put the bank details on the refund request. Please refund me the money before I escalate this further.
No one picks up the phone to your office as have tried to call multiple times and on hold for 30 minutes before giving up.
