"Communication is key."
The communication between MIC, the driving instructors and the customer need to be better. My instructor tells me one thing then MIC tell me another. I feel like I don’t know whether I’m coming or going due to being told 2 different things. When the course started I was advised by my instructor MIC book the first lesson and such a date. When I called MIC regarding this I was advised my instructor confirms when the course starts. When I went back to the instructor he advised “I’ve not been paid by MIC yet so I’m unable to start the course.” Followed by “you’ve paid too much for this course” I was then put with another instructor who has been great since. Now towards the end of my course my instructor advised me to contact MIC to book a test and get a test date. When I contacted MIC they advised me to wait and to finish my course. Which I responded “my instructor advised me to contact you guys as my course is coming to an end” MIC explained the process of finding a test date and booking a test. I asked MIC if they could advise this to my instructor as my instructor has other ideas. MIC responded with there’s no need to. Again now I don’t know what weather im coming or going. And it doesn’t seem like MIC and the instructors contact each other. This course is a lot of money for what it is and could be definitively found cheaper elsewhere with a much more smoother process. Can’t fault the driving instructors though.

Not very intensive, 4 weeks to wait for theory another 3 to 4 to be assigned an instructor and then 4hrs of lessons a week. , would be cheaper and quicker to just do everything yourself in my opinion

Yet again more unwanted emails from this desperate company. In reply to my last review they said they didn't want to work with me and yet the emails keep coming.. Just for the record I've never worked with this company and never will.. They send hundreds of emails every day, thats how desperate they are..

"AVOID AVOID AVOID"
really wish i read the reviews before booking with this company. I booked with them back in April with a promise of a 4 week turnaround.
I called and stressed my concerns about my theory running out in August and they reassured me I would have completed my test WAY before then, I'm still waiting, they ignore my emails and they're useless over the phone. Now they say 'its rare but sometimes it takes 8 weeks if instructors are busy' - they tell me this AFTER I've paid. its been 3 months since I paid and I've got nowhere.
I've asked for a refund but they cant apparently.
Useless company, useless staff, money grabbers.
If my theory runs out before i get a test I will be reporting them and getting every penny back.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

"I’ve lost £1399!!!!!"
Not given a test date for 6 weeks after my course then instructor refused to take me as I would struggle as haven’t driven for 6 weeks!? No refund , communication is very poor. Massive scam avoid!!!! I’ve lost £1399,99!!!

"I booked my automatic course on 6th of…"
I booked my automatic course on 6th of February. I was told many occasions that's I was still with “the allocations team” waiting for a test date and lessons even tho I already had a test booked for may and the reassured me in many occasions that I would have my lessons by then to save changing the test date. It then got to past my test date and I still had nothing! I requested a refund which took almost two months with two weeks of continues phone calls and constantly being told I was with the “accounts team” I was told two weekend in a row you’ll get your refund by Thursday, still didn’t get it! I called again and I had to give my bank details on 3 different occasions as they apparently didn’t have them or had the wrong ones. Came to the second Thursday and I still had no refund so I went in the live chat and spoke to a very rude member of staff called sion and he said he “doesn’t get what my issue is” and when I said I’m meant to of had my refund today he said “right we’ll it’s clearly still Thursday and can still get it” this was at 6pm refunds are usually through by now. After requesting a manager to call me and telling them I will take legal action I finally got my refund.I would never recommend this company to anyone!

This is a company build on outsourcing work to local drivers and making a fee to do so, which I was fine with if it was within the very boldly advertised four week period.
Unfortunately the reality is not the same as it’s conveyed, if I don’t have a full refund by 15/07/23 (10 business days from today) I will be forced to claim via the small claims court.

Please do not waste you money on this company, I booked and paid for a course for my son, over £400 last November, he had a 1 hour assessment with Armit just before Xmas, then on 8th Feb I had an email to say the test was on 9th Feb giving no time to have the 6 intensive hours that I paid for. I requested a refund in March and now 4 months later I am still waiting. Every time I ring I get fobbed off with "its with accounts", "waiting for the driving instructor to refund the money" " manager will ring you back" - absolutely nothing, so paid over £400 for a 1 hour assessment lesson! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND USE A REPUTABLE DRIVING INSTRUCTOR!
