"Avoid. You may lose all of your money."
Didn't schedule an intensive course of lessons in the first place. The instructor would text a couple of days in advance and do an hour here, a couple of hours there. He only delivered 9 hours and then quit. myintensivecourse.com didn't bother reschedule the remainder of the lessons even though their T&Cs say that they'll refund you if this happens. I put in a formal complaint and myintensivecourse.com didn't even bother to answer it.
Be careful. myintensivecourse.com also suggested that I paid them by making a bank-to-bank payment. Your bank cannot make a recharge for this sort of payment, so you will lose your money if your relationship with myintensivecourse.com breaks down. If you're daft enough to ignore all of the negative reviews of this company, make sure that you only pay in full using a credit card, so you've got some chance of your bank being able to recover your money for you when myintensivecourse.com don't deliver on their promises.

"Scammy"
After waiting six months for an instructor for my son we decided to cancel the my intensive driving course and go with a local instructor instead.
The day after we applied for a refund we got a call saying we could start the course on the following Monday giving us just four days notice! This wasn't viable due to work commitments.
This was the first contact we'd had in the six months apart from us chasing them up occasionally to try and find out what was going on.
Obviously, no refund was forthcoming.
Very poor customer service. No communication. Trading standards need to get involved.

I booked an intense course for my son in February 2023. The company assured me that his lessons would be completed by mid April as his theory was due to expire.(this is why i decided to book with this company) After paying in full and then the driving instructor refusing to begin lessons as the company had not forwarded the payment to him, my son began his lessons at the beginning of March (which due to their lack of communication with the instructor caused a 2 week delay) He then completed his lessons within 2 weeks. A test date was then unavailable. His theory then expired. After contacting the company via email and telephone on numerous times over the past 5 months this issue has still not yet been resolved. The lessons should have NOT BEGUN until the test date had been secured!!!They have refused to isaue me a refund. I am still continuing to try and contact them however there customer service is absolutely shocking. I write this review as I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. From what I thought would be a straightforward booking of lessons has really caused no end of undue waisted time and stress for both myself and son. My issue now is that my son has completed all of his lessons so now has non available to him. If it takes him months to pass his theory he has no lessons to refresh with leading up to his practical test. They advised me that I could pay for additional lesson!!! ontop of the £600+ it has already cost!!
They have no concern for their customers and the service they provide. If you are reading this review i only hope you choose not to ignore it and end up in the same situation my son has. It is completely unacceptable.
I am still awaiting a refund. I telephoned on the 11th of July and was assured a manager would contact me by the 14th. I am still awaiting that call. I have since emailed. Their email response usually takes around 2/3 weeks. I submitted a complaints form online over 2 months ago to which I have had no response. I also tried to request an online refund to which their website was unable to submit!!! Since posting my review i have been offered a £61 refund. As i will state again if a learner driver has not had any practical lessons for 5+mths would any reputable driving company advise that 2 additional hours that have been offered not 4 ( my son is still owed 2 lessons) are sufficent before sitting a practiacl test!? Should my son have been allowed to take these lessons paid for without a practical test secured!? Lessons should NOT commence without a secure date for the practical test. Should you have promised a completion date before the expiry of his theory if you was unable to deliver? Should i still be waiting a response from a telephone call on the 26th of July!? And following emails sent on the 2nd and 11th of August? I am still awaitng a reaponse and a resolution!?
IAM STILL AWAITNG A RESPONSE AND A REFUND FOR A COURSE WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN DELIVERED. THERE IS NOTHING INTENSIVE ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!!!

"For your sake, go elsewhere"
My sister booked the course after working incredibly hard to save money to pay the extortionate amount for 18 hours of driving lessons.
It was as much use as a bike with no wheels.
The instructors she was assigned to promised her flexible times around her work, but proceeded to be rude and try to get out of teaching the lessons at any given opportunity (evidenced through text messages).
If you care about your time and money I suggest you look anywhere else, unless you would like to spend thousands of pounds on less hours than you were promised, in a car with someone who is unsupportive, rude and makes you feel more nervous about driving than you did before you started.

"If I could give it 0 stars I would"
If I could give it 0 stars I would. This company lacks communication and will take your money then leave you without lessons, or with a terrible instructor who doesn’t listen, shouts at you, and refuses lessons. Knowing others who have taken this course, there has been no good experience. It’s a waste of money and time, you are better off teaching yourself how to drive. Do not spend your money on this load of shi

"Worst course on the planet"
I generally have nothing good to say about this course. U pay them all that money for them to just have ur pants down... The drivers didn't really care about u or if u were comfortable in the car its just a money grab and a nice few hours out...
I wouldnt recommend the course at all if u want to learn how to drive ur better off going go karting and learning that way as this place teaches u nothing except how to be get ripped off!!
Too much money wouldnt spend a quid on this place and it's impossible to get ur money back as well. There's no point in them having a phone number because ur just speaking to monkeys nobody has a clue what's going on...
If u do this course say bye to ur time and money don't bother look literally anywhere else.

"Mixed experience"
Getting the instructor allocated and started was the easy part and very straightforward. The hard part is contact after that to check on test date bookings and finding out more information. There doesn't appear to be enough customer support agents to answer the phone, as I was on hold for 12 minutes and 43 seconds and then twice on live chat, was "timed out" as the agent couldn't answer my queries.
