Stay away from this company it’s a scam. All they want is your money.
They give you hope when they take your money from you give you all this hope within 4week usually you have your test date this is the latest.he’s known all the time this wouldn’t have happened. I had to keep phoning to find out why we hadn’t been contacted by them, they said they couldn’t find an instructor, then a week later we had a phone call from an instructor saying he’d do the two days before test date then on the day and he’d be back in touch. I spoke to him two weeks later and he said he hadn’t heard anything this was coming towards the beginning of 4th week, phoned MIC back and she said she’d ring him, the instructor then rang me the apologise as he had never worked for this company before they had contacted him and he didn’t know how they worked. MIC had told us usually within 4week we would have a test date. The only time MIC spoke to us is when I rang them. 5th week we got a cancellation from gov.uk and I rang for a refund after ring them I eventually got an email with an attachment to request a refund, because the MIC site wouldn’t let me do it on there. I was told 10 working days I’d get a response, heard nothing I rang after 17 working days to be told I only will get back £62 for test. They said they tried to get a test date and I said I got one, so why didn’t you get it for us , your company say you get the dates first before they go out to the public. He was very rude and basically told me to shut up and listen to him, everything he said was rubbish and never happened at all, I am very angry with this company, they are happy to take your money and do nothing to back up there mouth. They are scammers and just want your money. They’re tell you what you want to hear to get your money, I bet they run their hands after putting the phone down after taking your money. Don’t use them, you’ll be like all these unhappy customers, lost their money. Kieran Davis is the arrogant person I dealt with, he’s rude, talks over you, doesn’t give a dam, he’s a piece of mud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, you’ll regret it, learn from the other poor people who have lost a lot of money with them scamming them. !!!!!!!

A true scam of a company!
I applied for this course over a year ago and they have repeatedly dodged emails, lefts chats, not returned calls and not provided a refund or a reason. They have taken my money of £420, not provided me with a test and have held on to my theory test number in reserve so i am unable to book another test and will now have to retake my theory just to be able to start the whole process again
I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS and will be sharing my negative experience

"Great Instructor - 1st Time Pass"
I had a great experience with my driving instructor Tony Potts, who was sourced through MIC. He was professional, patient and attentive at all times and made my driving journey a swift one after many years of lessons with different Instructors. I passed first time with only 4 minors, so I’m incredibly pleased with this outcome. Contact with MIC throughout the onboarding process was quite inconsistent, however, this was made up by the fantastic Instructor that I was assigned to.

In a league of their own of incompetence. I've been trying for 2 years now to get my money back from these scum. They've taken my money, almost £900, and nothing EVER materialised. A stupid amount of calls, emails and attempts to contact them online, and all I've got is a string of confused Welsh men answering the phone, unable to give me any answers, updates or instructions besides 'fill out the online refund form'. Useless, scammy, POS. Do not make the same mistake.

"Cannot Recommend this Company"
We paid this company over £400 deposit in April 2023 for a driving course in our area in July 2023 Unfortunately the driving course never materialised. Since then I have been emailing the customer service team and I have completed an on line refund form and to date have not received a refund. The team promises that monies will be returned and it has not happened. The customer service team advise that the accounts team are dealing but it is not possible to speak with them or email them. They do not supply any manager names or contact details. I am now about to consider legal advice. I wish we had paid attention to the other reviews on Trust Pilot. Sadly we cannot recommend them. I have never given any company 1 star before. To be honest , I would prefer not to give them any stars. It is a shabby way for a company to behave. My daughter worked hard and saved her money to pay for this course. We cant afford to lose this amount of cash. I can only advise people to avoid this company.

"Disgusting and fraudulent"
I don’t know where to start really apart from fraudulent dishonest and the person behind this company should be locked up really. My son paid for his course was issued an instructor who had family issues spent the hour and half talking about this and no lesson given. He never showed up again assuming family issues. That’s ok though everyone has problems. But when talking to this fraudulent company over it they promised a new instructor within a week. Never happened. They couldn’t fulfil their promise so we asked for the £440 back never happened. Called again was told we couldn’t speak to management or accounts and that the refund has been approved. Another few weeks passed this time we was on holiday and called when we got back. Was told again refund approved will be with him today. Nothing. Then called again asking to speak to Stephanie the management. Was told she would call back within half hour as I threatened police action on multiple occasions as fraudulently holding money. I did lose it on phone as was sick of calling all the time and nothing. There was never no phone all but money just received into the account the next day before I was going to call again. They keep your money for whatever reason all I can assume is pay wages or earn interest on. If your young like my son and I assume others it’s easily to be misled that’s exactly what they do! I’m still so angry. Took 5 months all in all to get money back. Kids if you want to do lessons please don’t go this way because to not do them! You may be exited to start but not worth losing your money over. Date of review is from March till now so I couldn’t be specific with the date

"Shocking"
I've been waiting for over 4 months for my course at this point with little to no communication. Ringing the call centre 9 times out of 10 doesn't work. I've left my deposit and have been told I'm still in the allocations process for the last few months.
I know other people have had similar experiences so I would not trust this company. My licence is about to expire as well as my theory test so I'm just sat emailing every other day to almost no response.

This company needs to shut down and stop scamming money off people.
They did not reply to the review I left but strangely enough replied to the ones my family members left as they knew they were not directly affected by the company.
I took the liberty of messaging the email they left to which I got no reply.
This fraudulent company does not deserve the money I worked hard to give them. It is despicable that they do this to so many people and it needs to stop. It is not a properly ran organisation.
I feel so stupid that I did not see the bad reviews beforehand and shouldn't have just took what they promised me because they obviously lie to get money.
I urge everyone who has had a bad experience to also get their family and friend to write bad reviews in order to prevent any new victims from getting scammed too.
I was also told about this company being on this morning for scamming a women (was going to post the link but it would not allow me) please advise as many people...

"AVOID and do it yourself"
Booked my course back in March. The instructor they found in May was teaching me things not on the test anymore. So I found my own instructor. I then asked myintensive to book me a test. Further 3 months waiting I phoned the DVSA myself and moved a test they’d booked me on the other side of the country to my preferred test centre.
They also forgot or failed to note my preferred test centre. Email communications were slow.
AVOID this company, do it yourself and use the normal means to pass. This has probably taken longer and cost me more money.
