This company is a SCAM I urge anyone reading this NOT to book with them. I booked a 42 hour lessons for my daughter worth £1922 and they have stolen from me. I am now working with my bank to get my money back and have also reported them to the police where an investigation is being undertaken. I requested a refund and have called this company however I’ve been waiting over two weeks and still no money. They are now ignoring my calls. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had read the reviews prior to trusting them. I pray they get what they deserve and the police manages to shut them down. IF YOU HAVE BEEN AFFECTED LIKE ME CALL THE POLICE AND HELP THEM CONTINUE TO BUILD A CASE TO SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!!!!

Please ignore the company’s false response. They NEVER provided my daughter with a service. We paid £410 deposit on the 11th September 2023 and £1,512 on the 2nd October 2023 and lessons were booked to start on the 6th October 2023. The day my daughter was meant to have her lessons, everything got CANCELLED!!! SHE HAS NOT HAD ONE SINGLE LESSON and in my views it’s called THEFT!!! I issued for my REFUND on the 6th October 2023 as soon I realised I’d been SCAMMED and I am still waiting for my money plus all my calls continue to be ignored. THEY ARE THUGS and as my message states I URGE YOU NOT TO BOOK and REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE. If they have as many people on their books as they say they do PLEASE ASK yourselves how many poor VICTIMS like me got SCAMMED BY THEM!!!!!

"The worst driving course company ever"
The worst driving course company ever, if i could give this 0 star ratings, then i would. I strongly advise NO ONE to book with this company as they are a scam, i have been waiting over 9 months for them to contact me about a driving test date, and they didnt contact me once. I ended up downloading the cancellation app, and found myself 5 tests dates in 24 hours lol. I asked for a refund as they didnt do their job, and of course, they said no! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Booked and paid in full May 23 and was told average of 4 weeks to start lessons and take test after theory passed. Theory was booked and passed 2/8/23 and was told they would remain in touch but aim to have his lessons and test by early September. Not once has he been contacted since then - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN POORER MORALS.
I called them twice, only to be told he hadn't been allocated an instructor yet and to wait.
It's now mid October and absolutely nothing. Was told to wait for allocation team - again.
Been told can only claim a refund after 18weeks from date of theory, not from when they took his money!
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER NOTHING!
They delete negative comments on Facebook to make themselves look good, that rings alarm bells immediately as that's their main source of advertising.
If anyone digs any deeper then you can see this is a shady company.
Looks like it's has already had a change of name since 2022 (Makes you wonder why, doesn't it??)
and the Owner's Starling bank account was frozen in March 2022. Not to mention his other failed business of Foxys Sandwich bar that's now been dissolved.
I will not stop until the money is returned and suggest you all try chargebacks and trading standards.

Edit.. Below you demonstrate your lack of customer service and narcissistic attitude by responding to someone who's clearly upset by trying to turn it back and blaming the person leaving the review! They've take time out of their day to leave a review because they feel let down, angry and scammed and the best you can do 5months later is fail to address how poor your company has performed.. AGAIN!
You mentioned the negative feedback "form a tiny fraction of the business" but I don't call 71% of negative feedback left here, tiny. PERHAPS YOU SHOULD CONCENTRATE ON GIVING PEOPLE A REFUND WHEN THEY AREN'T HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE INSTEAD OF KEEPING HOLD OF THEIR MONEY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE!
Here's an idea! How about you advertise that you might be able to match an instructor with a test within 6-8 months! See how many bookings you get then?!

Good evening.
Well where shall I start.
I booked an intensive 10 lesson course with myintensivecourse after successfully passing my theory test. I paid a deposit of £200 for a £550 10 lesson and driving test and paid the balance around May 2022.
Being my theory test expires in November 2023, there was plenty of time for me to have these lessons and take my test. I was told that there was a large demand for driving tests and there will be a delay in getting a test, fair enough I thought.
So after a couple of months not hearing a single thing, I contacted them and was told "sorry about this, we are doing all we can to get you a date" little did I know that this was going to be a common theme in future phone calls to them.
So every couple of weeks I call to ask whats happening with the test date..... Apologies and same old excuses.
So by early this year, I decided that this company are really taking the mick! So I asked for a full refund as they did not deliver what their website says and was surprised that they rejected me, stating it was non refundable. So my customer service experience senses realise that lawfully, they can't do that, nevertheless I decided to go with them thinking there is still plenty of time for this to work.
Around May this year after contacting them once again, they assigned an instructor and I started by having 3 lessons in 2 days with them. While arranging for the next set of lessons, I asked the instructor if a test date was set, he didn't know. I thought, I bet no date has been arranged. I told the instructor let me contact the company before I arrange times voe lessons and sure enough, no date.
It is now November. I have called, emailed and STILL this hasn't been resolved.
So now I've asked for a full refund, this email was sent a week ago and no response.
They have admitted their failings but now I will have to retake my theory test because of this company.
The human story about this is the reason why I need to get my driving licence is because my wife gas a multitude of issues with her health, the pandemic made things worse as she was classed as extremely clinical vulnerable and she had been stuck at home for 2 year's, her mental health seriously affected by this on top of her issues.
A car would be very important for her well-being as I can drive her to the countryside or the coast, being we live in London.
So, I'm hoping I'll get a response from this company, but I know that they won't. If this doesn't get resolved I gotta bring the TV people in.
My advice to people who are looking for block driving lessons.... Stay away from myintensivecourse.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!
I booked an intensive course for my daughter in May, paid £409 with the promise of the two weeks intensive driving lessons at the beginning of August, whilst my daughter was home from University. My daughter passed her theory in June and then we waited for an instructor to get in touch for the lessons in August.
July and August came and went with no contact at all from the company.
I made about 20 phone calls though July and August, sent numerous texts and various emails to chase them as I heard absolutely nothing regarding an instructor and on the rare occasions I got to speak to someone (about 10 times), they promised that it would be escalated to management, who would call me back - NEVER GOT ANY CALL BACKS!
I finally got a call from an instructor in September (who couldn't do it anyway), which was obviously too late as my daughter had gone back to University. The instructor told me that he has heard very similar unfortunate stories from many other customers too and was going to report them to the DVSA.
After still not hearing anything from the company at all, I telephoned loads of times beginning of October and finally got through to speak to someone, who just told me to fill in an online Refund Request if I wanted to.
I have now gone to my bank to log an investigation and to recover the funds I spent.

Terrible company have reported to trading standards! Booked over 18 weeks ago and put in numerous requests for a refund with no replies at all, 0 communication with me regarding anything . This is a scam avoid at all cost!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, it has been 18 weeks since I’ve booked my intensive course and haven’t heard anything! Have put in numerous refund requests and they just ignore. Am currently on my bank and it’s gone to the scams department who are investigating!!

Terrible service and communication.
My stepdaughter booked with them around last December.
Managed to pass her Theory in April. Months later and still no instructor or any lessons and no communication. They then booked her a driving test in August! Still no instructor, then they moved the test date because she didn't have an instructor for her or any idea when they would allocate one for her.
We have had an email stating we will get a refund but no money back yet. Their website states refund will be given the following Thursday after receiving confirmation. That was 3 weeks ago. Every time I phone there seems to be an issue in the accounts department and they will pass on the message but I can not speak to the accounts department direct. Was told today that no-one is even in the account department until tomorrow or day after.
They are happy to take your money and forget about you, then drag their feet to return it when you are entitled to it.
