"Absolute joke of a company"

If I could leave 0 stars I would !!

I’m still annoyed with myself for not having read reviews prior to booking with these cowboys….where do I start ?
Took them months to allocate us an instructor only for him to then inform us he was unable to provide instruction due to a medical issue; once allocated another instructor (after another lengthy delay) the 12 hours of instruction were completed over a 4 day period however, despite chasing weekly, we were still waiting for a test date to be confirmed some 5 weeks after having completed the lessons. All this after being assured we wouldn’t be left waiting for a test date for weeks after completing the lessons !!

Their supposed fast track process clearly wasn’t working even though I was told we were now high priority and should receive a cancellation test date soon. Having acquired the test ref no. from them, we simply downloaded an app for £11.99 and managed to secure a local test cancellation the following day for a test 3 weeks later…I thought that was what I’d paid these jokers to do for me !!

To summarise, I couldn’t be any less impressed of the shocking service provided by this company.

"Would not touch these people"

Would not touch these people, my girlfriend paid for the full course £2300 to be told after completing all her lessons that she was test ready and was just waiting for the test, when the test was available she was then told, she was not test ready and the instructor told her he would not be taking her for a test,after months of waiting they assigned her a new instructor due to the wait, we agreed to pay an extra £160 so she could have some more driving hrs for her so she could recap before her test we have been told she’s top priority this was 2 to 3 months ago she is still waiting, this was supposed to be intensive course she started we these people in November last year, would recommend to any one look else where these people are full of lies.

"Bad communication"

Bad communication.
I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it! Booked 18/04/23 its now 29/09/23 and my course has still not started! Put in for a refund request have now been waiting over the stated 10 business days for a response. I hate to get annoyed at customer service personnel but its always the same response 'someone will be in touch.' or 'I'm very sorry someone will be in touch tomorrow' yet tomorrow never comes!
The only positive experience I've had with this company was the theory test and training materials. That was completed in satisfactory timing, so I had high hopes but it was almost as if when I passed the theory test the company forgot about me.
In addition in accordance with the refund request form my request should have automatically been approved as I have been waiting an excess of 18 weeks for my course to start however this was not the case as if it was I would have received a refund last week.
if I were you I would only consider using this company to complete your theory but please remember to read the small print as to be eligible for a free theory you have to have a certain pass percentage on the practice material.

I did an intensive driving course with Aurel for 30hrs, I really liked how the he taught me everything I needed to drive, extremely patient and very good at teaching what I need to improve on. I passed first time with only three minors.
I would highly recommend Aurel and myintensivedriving course

"Shocking customer serive"

I have asked for a refund due to my son's mental health he could not even take the first lesson. I understand he won't get the full amount back of the £1400 but he should get most of it. They said it would take ten days. it is a month later and they have stopped answering my emails. I am going to now have to go down the small claims court route. Shocking customer service. They are extremely quick at taking your money but after that they don't want to know.

"Stay away"

After being matched up with a driving instructor and paying a deposit of £310 my driving instructor scheduled 2 hours of lessons but could not schedule in the other 16 hours as Myintensivecourse.com could not book a test. After being asked to pay the full amount of over £1000 we have decided to back out as Myintensivecourse.com has not given a time frame of when a test would be. Please use Apass4u as they don’t take a deposit until a test and instructor are booked. Myintensivecourse.com are quite scummy by asking for the full amount before even telling you when a test would be. Their customer service is not professional and did not answer questions I had asked. They don’t answer calls and you have to wait 45 minutes for a queue of 3 people in a live chat

They advertise for Intensive Driving Course, you pay over £800 for the course, which they advertise you will need 1-2 weeks then have Driving Test.
They take the £800 make you wait 6 months for a DRIVING LESSON with no test in sight!!
Give you 1 lesson and tell you that you need to pay the rest of the money owing ( over £600 ) then they tell you that you have an additional payment on top of that aswel!! Which they don’t tell you about until your 1st lesson!! And also that I will have 1 LESSON PER WEEK!!!
They will not give a refund even though they do not give you what they have advertised, which is false advertisement!!
They told me that the £800 I have already paid is the deposit and I should just cancel my agreement with them but I will not get the £809 back!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

"Believe the bad reviews"

Booked course on 21st March 23. Got assigned an instructor 18th May 23 (7 weeks later). I did all my hours within 2 weeks expecting a test to be booked quickly. Not once did anyone say wait times on tests were long.

They didn’t manage to book a driving test, I waited 12 weeks and requested a refund on 22nd August 23. Still (4 weeks later) not received even an acknowledgment of the request.
I’m currently unable to attempt to book a test myself as they’ve booked a test under my license 280miles away from my City (over 5hr drive away). This they didn’t tell me, I had to directly contact DVSA as to why I couldn’t book my own test.

Throughout this entire process I’ve had to ring up and sit on hold for up to an hour to ask for any update, which each time I get told “we expect a test to be booked soon”…

Im writing a review as they seem to post replies, and I’m getting no response or action from them any other way.
