"Absolutely awful would not recommend…"

Absolutely awful would not recommend not only over priced but took me an average of 40 mins on hold to speak to them. I ended up booking my test my self and they took credit for it so if you want to get your test early just get the testi app and pay the £12 instead of using this joke of a company

DO NOT USE!!! THEY ROB YOUR MONEY. We paid and have no test and refuse a refund after 18 weeks of waiting

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Having to take them to court over this"

Started my intensive course in December. Finished my course in march. No sight of a test date ever happening. They use a placeholder system which means your test will be booked in my case another country. They have been so unable to utilise their so called “fastest system in the UK” that my placeholder test came up at the end of July. I’m now sitting here with a test date for December - a year since starting lessons. Again scheduled for another country: they provided me with cancellations only when my course hadn’t finished and have since not only been utterly unable to provide the essence of a crash course but have also been extremely dismissive and rude on multiple occasions. After all this fallout I’ve been offered 2 hours of free tuition and after pleading with them they offered me 4 hours. Taking them to court. Intend to sue for not only my money back but damages aswell. I was hoping to make a serious career change based on driving and had already been offered the job:

Tried to scam me for my daughters payment after waiting 6 months for the course but no delivery, so Monzo’s resolution team have investigated and provided a full refund

absolute scam! Heartless nasty company! It took months for them to get me an instructor and then the instructor only gave me 2 hours per week.. (I paid for a 12 hour course with a test at the end). Two months after my lessons finished they offered me a test! I turned it down as I had not had a lesson in those two months and was also on holiday. I requested a refund and got my decision today that because they offered me a test 2 months after my lessons they would not refund me. Absolute joke! Did not receive an intensive driving course…. Stay well clear

SCAM COMPANY!
I have been back and forth for months with this company now and have never gotten anywhere.
Booked in October, gave me a test Dec but the instructor was unavailable so was cancelled on their end, since then I have had nothing.
I have even been on the radio regarding the issues to which they came back with a load of rubbish saying I had cancelled the test and was interfering with the process ( there is no process ) and that I have never even tried issuing a refund.
I have requested 3 refunds now and have never heard anything back!
I have also passed my test now as I managed to find my own by checking cancellations everyday ( which is what this company is paid to do ) this took up a lot of my time but was worth it as I needed my licence and just shows there are tests out there if your looking persistently.
I am now down by over £200 as have paid for lessons and a test with them and have not received any of this!
I advise all who have gone through the same thing to go to trading standards ( I am currently doing this ) as the more cases the better and hopefully we can get this company shut down!

"Instructor should be on a list"

AWFUL COMPANY, sent my 17 year old out with an instructor who's not fit to teach humans.

You shouldn't have gone with the company it's a scam
I love my job I sit around all day doing nothing

His "instructing"
Got her to drive round KFC so he could get his dinner.
When crossing her hands told her there's a you tube video you can watch 😂
Too busy in his phone she had to ask where the wipers were when it started raining as he was in his phone.
Called kiss fm 42 times to enter their competition while she was driving on the motorway then 42 times in the way home.
Got her to slow down so, he could film an accident then shhh ed her when she asked where she was going as he was filming 😱
Turned up 2 hours late to one scheduled lesson.
Booked her test while she was at work then told her she couldn't have lessons 3days out of the 5 running up to it.
Left her in the car park for 40 mins so he could use the toilet.
If you don't reverse out of this space I ll pull your hair hard and it will hurt
You don't need to practice any more it's over kill

Currently waiting for a new instructor been three weeks so far so asking for a refund as its an appalling service.

If you read your reviews happy to hear from you so I can get a refund and actually get my daughter taught by a proper instructor

"This company is the kost unreliable…"

This company is the kost unreliable company for booking a test with. I booked a 6 hour course in March and have been waiting since the to get an instructor but still haven't been allocated one. My theory test run out in the time I was waiting so had to sit and take it again. And still waiting for a response from this company. DONT BOOK WITH THEM!

"Absolute shambles"

This a 3rd review I have written. After being told from my intensive course to email them which I have 5 times now I have still yet to receive a reply. Ignored my calls. Ignored my emails.
Completed intensive course beginning of July after waiting 7 months for a driving instructor and still yet no sign of a test and to top it off no instructor to even take a test. £2000 I paid this company. It’s an absolute shambles. You’re just set up to fail. They take your money and do not deliver!!! Who wants to take this company to court with me? Get in touch with me on jaid mercer 25 @ hotmail . I would not even recommend one star! If there was a 0 star option that’s what this company would be getting! Absolute biggest scam ever! They take your money and give you nothing in return! When trying to get in contact they ignore you, put the phone down or do not reply! Highly would not recommend using this company at all! Really let down and upset!
