"Do not give them a chance"

Would rate 0 if possible. No refund after deposit, waited 10+ weeks and no replies. I’m already half way through my driving lessons with another instructor who are much better and still got nothing back from them. Do not recommend them

I had a 30 hour intensive course with my instructor Valentina was brilliant she helped me the whole way I even got a pass on my first time with a few minors she even helped me get a test sooner so I could do my test sooner rather than waiting so I’d definitely recommend Valentina best instructor I’ve had and passed me 1st time!

Failed to provide test at the end of course. Appalling customer service - rude and had to chase repeatedly. Never called back when they promised. Only refunded money for test and lessons associated with it after threatened with legal action. Avoid avoid avoid

What an absolute SH#@Show! They take your money and you dont hear from them, refuse to refund your money..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Outrageous service..well there isnt any service. They dont answer the phone, the online chat is useless..AVOID AVOID AVOID

The worst company possible no communication i constantly had to chase them just for them to tell me the same rubbish every time oh it’ll start next week I waited 3 months and had enough then they stopped answering my calls I asked for a refund 3 weeks later got no reply so opened a dispute with my bank thankfully got my money back but have chewed me about so much

Awful customer service wasn’t told anything about my course or any updates always had to chase them for it ended up finding my own cancellation test as they couldn’t provide that for me however I had an amazing instructor rob who helped me to pass first time

Constant admin nightmare. Needed chasing all through process, constantly asked to repeat info as there was no record of what had been said. Still no nearer test date. Frustrating and
wouldn't use again or recommend. Having said that, instructor seems nice enough, so fingers crossed for a pass!

Best thing I have done is go through these guys, although it took a while to get an instructor, got a decent package for a good price.

Extremely pleased with my instructor Aurel. Very clear and helpful guidance and teaching. I took my test in Watford and passed first time with only two minors. I took the test right after my lessons with Aurel. All in all very happy with the outcome but would say that MyIntensive should have less waiting time for their tests. However would still highly recommend!!

Why do you only reply to the positive reviews and ignore the negative. Stop congratulating the people who passed You Did not tech them to drive their instructor did. All you can take credit for is being a rip off shambles of a company The One show have even done a report on you. Can’t believe you’re still in business Everyone needs to report you to the ombudsman and get you SHUT DOWN !!!!
