Booked a course - rude instructor who would not take me for a retest. Paid them to find me another test date and received no further correspondence. Avoid and save your money!

"A bit misleading and over priced …"

Hi I thought the course was misleading and over priced I . I was very happy with my driving instructor. If I knew better at the time I’d have just used red car driving school and Oskas the driving instructor. I also noticed how it’s easy to find cancellations myself for test dates so I probably wasted about 500 pounds booking with my intensive . I guess you live and learn 🤷‍♂️ I have my license now and happy about it but think this company is like a lot of companies these days just middle men that make cash out of unsuspecting customers.

"EXCESSIVE WAIT TIMES - THEY DON'T CARE!"

I signed up with MyIntensiveCourse 22 February 2023 and as of 26th June 2023 i still have not been assigned an instructor.
I requested Automatic, and after waiting 12 weeks, i was advised to switch to manual and i would have an instructor within 2 weeks. Another 6 weeks has passed and i still have not heard anything from them. I have now requested a full refund, before my theory expires, but this takes 2 weeks to review. Customer service less than helpful. They continuously tell you 'it's with the allocations team & shouldn't be much longer', but unable to manage expectations with dates. Very quick to take £398 to sign on and then you never hear from them again!!!
Screams SCAM!! Be very cautious if booking.

My course and test was cancelled because of a bad review I wrote on trust pilot. I have filled the refund form and am still waiting for my money.
