"Do not hand over your money to this company."
Avoid at all costs! Invest your money elsewhere. Absolutely terrible customer service , totally lacking any organisation and they do not follow through with queries. I have requested a manager call back twice and still have not received a call. I have requested a refund due to lack of ability to successfully book a theory test and inform us of the correct time leading to a missed theory. I’ve requested a refund due to the extremely poor customer service and lack of ability to carry through what they advertise. I have been told by the company “customer service manager” that they don’t give refunds so I will lose the £385 I paid on 25th April despite receiving no services from the company to date other than miscommunication!! I will be getting legal assistance with this. Please avoid .. absolute fraudsters your money it better spent elsewhere if you are wanted a professional service!

I would like you to refer back to the telephone call which I was assured was recorded where the comment around the refund was made as I assure you, from my side……that is 100% factual. The male I spoke to confirmed he was the customer service manager and stated that I would not be entitled to a refund. In the same call I was assured that a manager would reply to me within 72 hours! I have only received a standard email response today (22.6.23 which is a whole 6 days later……double the lead time stated) but your company managed to respond to a negative online review the very same day!

The company is fantastic! I passed both my theory and driving test first time thanks to them and the instructor. Definitely will recommend!

I found the instructor to be brusque and unsympathetic in their manner. Being shouted at when learning a new skill is unhelpful.
I did however, make progress which is why I have not rated it as lower.

"AVOID"
AVOID. Do not give the tests on time at 4 weeks I’ve been waiting so much longer. Cannot get a refund until 18 months. Called customer service and the guy was sarcastic and rude and useless. Pretty sure he didn’t like me because I kept asking for a solution to find a time for my course and test so probably deleted my name off the system so I never get a test.

The course was really useful. I passed my test first time with no faults. My instructor John was amazing and made sure I felt confident and ready before taking my test.

To find me an instructor took around 6-8 months but once the company found me someone the experience was really good, I learnt very fast, it was stressful at times but overall recommend it
