It cost over £250 for the contact details of an instructor I never even met!!

Contacted them in May 2023, paid £314 deposit and was assured that they could get us sorted within the timeframe as we had a test booked elsewhere and needed one in a different location. The week of our original test they demanded £630 or the course would be postponed. We refused to pay as they couldn’t guarantee that we would get the test that they promised and then they refused to give us a refund of any sort, despite giving us nothing but stress in return and dragging it out for 4 months.

Refused any sort of refund however after several calls to argue my case they finally admitted that I was actually entitled to my £62 test fee back as they supplied no test, which they failed to mention initially when denying my refund. No matter what you say they constantly tell you about their “fast track system” and “4 weeks wait time to start the course”

Avoid at all costs.

Two weeks since i’ve wrote a review and still nothing. No email, no calls nothing. At first they declined my refund until i got on the phone with them. they agreed that i’m entitled to £620 of the £950 i’ve paid (I haven’t even had a full lesson since i paid in march). They took 2 weeks of me constantly calling to send me a text message with yet another form to fill out. Today i called back and the same Irish man keeps telling me to wait for an email even though they said i will be getting paid TODAY. Currently 8pm and nothing. I will be going to a smalls claim court to settle this now. Do not book with this company if you care about your money

If I could give 0 I would, we’ve been waiting 16 weeks no reaponse or contact! Everytime we call we get the same response and that’s after staying on hold for a ridiculous amount of time! Filled in a form for a refund and had it rejected! We’re going to the small claims court as it’s a unfair contract, everyone on here should do the same, it costs £30 to apply and this is what this company needs, it’s a scam and a waste of time, we’re never going to get any money back or any lessons.
It’s a scam the whole thing!

Absolutely shocking company, paid £360 4 months ago and not had a single lesson, so decided to fill out a refund form, and my refund was rejected. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! Literally just robbing you blind.

Booked in May to commence 12th August, i still have not received test date although instructor informed the office I was pass ready for beginning of September. Now have no lessons haven’t had one for 2 weeks and still no test. Disgusting should not be advertised as intensive course I could have booked faster myself

19 weeks ago I booked a 12 week course for my daughter. I booked it because it said you are guaranteed to get ALL your money back if you were not paired with an instructor. After numerous phone calls, I was given a form to fill in. This form informed me that you wouldn’t get your money back if you had booked a test yourself. We booked a test because we were tired of waiting!! So looks like they have you by the short and curly!
Disappointed with myself for not reading trust pilot before🤨

Been waiting 3 months for an instructor when the wait says 4 week biggest scam going. Put a review on Facebook so they blocked me and now I can’t find their Facebook. Don’t spend ur money with these guys.

Well ...all i can say is i wish i saw these reveiws first...will tell you everything and anything to make you part with your money. Instructor showed up late and dropped me off early...no test fate booked at all!!!...

No communication from them unless YOU call and then your either kicked out of a live chat or get told..we will get back to you, which they never do...
4 weeks ive been calling and me being the push over idiot i am lets them keep telling me...we'll get back to you..

Do not use...do not pay...please stay away.. i feel absolutely robbed

I wish I'd looked at these reviews before paying a deposit for my son! 6 weeks since paying £266 we've had one message saying they're 'working hard' to source lessons and book a driving test. Now communication has stopped despite our repeated prompts for updates. Others have referred to MIC as a scam, it is hard not to agree with them. Please be cautious and consider the number of negative reviews and experiences before paying your deposit. Given the lack of communication and activity we've requested a refund but no surprises, no response...
