COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. P783359
I had booked a 6hr intensive course for my son as he had already failed 2 test and was under the illusion that they could get us a driving test early only to find out that this was completely incorrected.
I managed to book a test for my son early myself to only now find out that that the company has now changed to test date from 6th December to February 2024 in Kilcady Scotland when we live in ESSEX.
They have refused me a refund and we have only had 1 hour lesson and paid for the driving test.

"This company is an absolute scam with no care for their customers"

This company is an absolute scam. Not only that they are thieves as of the current day (1st December)!

I started the refund process at the beginning of September. After them agreeing to give me a refund I waited over a month with no response and then began ringing them. Which I had to wait over 40 mins each time to get put through to someone. They informed me that the instructor had returned to them my money over 3 weeks prior and it was waiting with the accounts team to refund it to me.

After another two weeks of no contact from the accounts team I used their live chat to get into contact with someone. They told me the exact same thing. For some reason their accounts team is an uncontactable entity that no one in customer support can get a hold of.

I have been trying to get into contact with a member of their team repeatedly in these two months but have been given the exact same responses. I then tried to escalate the matter by requesting to be put into contact with a manager who may then be able to get into contact with their accounts team. I was refuted this service.

In addition to all this, I wrote a complaint a month ago inquiring into why my money is just sitting with the accounts team and no action is taking place. I am yet to get an email of acknowledgment in reply.

In summary, I haven't been refunded 1.4k in 3 months. I was told over two months ago my money is with the accounts team who will contact me at the end of the week. 8 weeks gone but still no sign of them. The root of my frustration comes from this terrible company structure that doesn't allow for any employee to reach this accounts team.

Avoid at all cost booked for my son in may heard nothink rang a few times to be fobbed off keep putting my refund of now going to my solicitor so it's now 5 o'clock an still no money in my bank ripping pepole of is disgusting u should be ashamed of urselfs

"SCAMMING LIARS!"

This company is an absolute scam!! I booked a course in May for my son, he passed his theory in June with a view to start an intensive course in July before he started his job.
It was a complete waste of time and money as no driving lessons were booked despite spending hours on the phone and online chat.
I've logged 2 complaints and asked for a refund multiple times. I've been lied to, ignored and then to add insult, they asked for my review to be taken off of trust pilot.
Also, they have booked a driving test for Feb which means I now can't book a test despite me telling them to cancel all tests and lessons.
In their advert they quote that if you don't have any lessons booked within 4 weeks of making a booking, you are entitled to a full refund.
This company is an absolute SCAM!!
FOLLOWING YOUR RESPONSE:
At least you have replied to my complaint! It's shame that no one has yet replied to my 4 official complaints made on your website or my 4 requests for refund. Even customer support, Kieran, is ghosting me despite promising me that the refund department would be in touch.
To clarify some of the points made in your reply:
* I have read your terms and conditions and understand that the 4 week completion time does indeed refer to courses booked after August 1st. However, because Alfie was not offered lessons before the 18 weeks deadline, we are in fact entitled to a refund.
* Also, you only 'miraculously' found an instructor and offered lessons once the 18 weeks was reached and I had contacted you to complain, cancel and request refund.
* I also made it very clear to you from the beginning that lessons would have to be completed before Alfie started his employment in September. He cannot now take time off to complete an intensive driving course.
* I also asked you to cancel all lessons, tests and refund which has not been done.
What annoys me the most is that as a course provider, you are very difficult to get in touch with. So it is all very well for you to state should I 'have any unresolved concerns or if I would like any other clarification...please do not hesitate to reach out' What do you think I have been doing for the last 26 weeks?!?!
My experience with My Intensive Course has been anything but transparent and honest and I am not going away until this is resolved.

"Absolute scam!"

Absolute scam!! Do NOT use this company. Booked my course on the 30th of December 2022, and they were quick to take my money. I was told they would be in contact with a date to start and have heard absolutely nothing from them from March onwards despite asking for updates several times.
After waiting long enough I decided it was time to request a refund on the 4th of October 2023. I finally had a response (after contacting them non stop) on the 31st of October saying that I will get my refund by the 26th of November (despite knowing that companies do not financial requests on weekends)
On the website it says a decision will be made with in 10 days of the request and the refund will be the thursday after. On the 24 of November 2023 I rang the company to ask what is happening with my refund. I was not asked my name or reference number and I was made to feel like a complete fool by the man I spoke to and all he kept saying was "I understand your fustrations"

"Absolute scam. Would not recommend"

I booked on for a course expecting to be given a date within 4 weeks as they promised. However, I had to chase them up and there excuse was they couldn’t find an instructor so they gave me a choice whether to wait or to apply for a refund which they stated would cover the deposit. Despite this, it has been 3 weeks since and I still haven’t heard back from nor received my full refund. They where quick to respond when it came to taking my money however, they have gone silent know a problem has occurred.

Absolute scam artists, still no refund that was promised for 16th December. Avoid like the plague.
Absolute thieves robbing money from young people who just want to learn to drive. You may aswel just flush your money down the toilet

I paid a deposit of £338 to secure some lessons on the 14th October but didn’t hear back until I had to chase them up. They assured me they were looking so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. A month later, nothing. So I followed up with another email to see what was going on but was ignored. A month later, I emailed my assigned instructor threatening to take legal action if they didn’t give me a date in the next 30 days. From that I was given an Instant reply. It turns there were no instructors in my area and they had failed to Inform me for over 2 months!

In the time they wasted, I could’ve found a more reliable company! Would not recommend.

EDIT AS I CANNOT REPLY TO RESPONSE - You did not contact me regarding the test, I only knew about it on the afternoon of Friday 27th October because Ann contacted me NOT your company, do you have any proof you informed me of this? Because I have plenty of proof of your complete lack of communication. If you have received my numerous emails then why have you failed to respond? More to the fact why have you failed to respond to emails I have sent after that? I did get through on the phone and explained the situation re test and you never having communicated this with me to which he placed me on hold while he "investigated" as he agreed that the notice of Friday pm for a test Monday am was unacceptable especially given that notice didn't even come from yourselves only for me to be cut off and I have not been able to speak to anyone in person since. My initial review still stands, you failed to provide the service I paid for within an acceptable timeframe, this remains unresolved. Your communication and customer service as a company is appalling.

I Booked and paid for a course earlier on in the year, at the time of booking they were aware of the expiration date of my theory test and failed to provide a practical test within the timescale which resulted in me having to resit my theory test. Numerous complaints submitted and I still don't have a practical test booked. Sit on hold for hours only to be cut off when someone does finally answer the phone, numerous emails completely ignored, online live chat function just has you sat for ages with no response. Have requested a full refund and have been ignored so I will now be contacting the bank for a chargeback and seeking advice with regards to reporting to trading standards. Avoid this sham of a company at all costs!!
