My booked with this company in March. Their communication is really poor. My son paid £2100 for the 40 hours driving.They couldn’t find an instructor until July.the instructor could not do block bookings and he has completed his 40 hours. My son kept Emailing for a test date over the past 2 months. He found out from checking himself they have booked him a test on in April 24, over a year later. I found the director Mark Elliot on FB messenger and messaged him regarding how poor the service is because they wouldn’t respond to my son. He has since blocked me on Messenger.

"What a shambles of a company"

What a shambles of a company! Firstly messed me about with my theory test! Then took me to contact them 3 times just to have it put on system that I had passed my theory test! Had to constantly and repeatedly contact them reguarding a practical test, got to the point I was considering going to trading standards. Been messed about by this company for months. All this after it took them 4+ weeks just to get an instructor to contact me! Was supposed to be a quick course and get passed within a month or 2. 7 months later finally took my test. I would highly advise you not to use this company for anything!
