"Scam ! Stay away !"

I wish I could give minus stars.This company is there just to take your money. Customer service is there just to keep you busy . Since July only one instructor reached me to say to say she cannot give me lessons because of where I live. Applied for a refund in October 2023 . Since then they have no intention to pay the money back . They say they pay in 10 days but months passed. Please stay away at least to protect your mental health.

IF I COULD RATE IT -10 I WOULD!!

I booked in Feb if 2023, weeks went by and I never heard anything. I called up a few times and when you're lucky enough to speak to a human and not stay on hold I was told that due to covid wait times were longer despot them advertising a 4 week wait. I got to 18 WEEKS after booking and still hadn't heard anything, I applied for a refund in September and was told it would be sent within a week. A few weeks Go by again no contact and eventually I'm told it will be next week, the next week nothing happens. I get told that I will receive a cheque as they're having bank issues, no cheque ever arrived.

I sent constant email/ texts and tried to speak to someone for my money but nobody ever got back to me as the accounts team don't speak to customers. I waited and waited and eventually turned to the citizens advice bureau to discuss my options. I sent them a letter stating that I am pursuing legal action and will be taking them to court if I don't hear from them by a certain deadline of 2 weeks.
Today after 19 weeks of waiting I FINALLY got my money back from my deposit.

In this time I Bought my own car and did lessons on my own with parents and have passed in the time they fobbed me off.

Shocking customer service
Website give false promises
False advertising

DO NOT USE

Plenty of alternatives, shop around

"DISGRACEFUL!"

DISGRACEFUL!
I am absolutely speechless. I have never been treated by any company or anyone as badly as the myintensivecourse has treated me.
I keep asking for my refund and my last 4 emails has been totally ignored.
I am dealing with them since start of July. They provided me with driving lessons without even booking me the test. I have done 8 hours driving with the instructor at the begging of Sep. I still have 4 hours left driving , only because my instructor suggested to keep some for just before the test. But now it's been 4 months without any driving and no news of the test.
I asked for full refund as the hours I have drove are now potentially lost. I have to start all from the beggining again.
They don't want to give me anything and keep ignoring my emails.
I am in touch with the citizen advice and I am only giving them little more time to sort it out before I take it to the small case court.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!
THIS COMPANY BASICALY LIES TO US AND TAKE MONEY FROM US WITH NOT PROVIDING WHAT BEEN PROMISED.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

I have only given 1 star as its not possible to give 0. Customer service appalling & one particular staff member extremely rude. They didn't offer an intensive course at all. My daughter had a 2 hr lesson then a 2 hr lesson a fortnight later then instructor didn't even bother to get in touch for last 2 hrs before her test. Less than 1/2 the money paid was refunded for those 2 hrs. extremely expensive for an absolutely useless service.

"Had enough of busses and the cold so…"

Had enough of busses and the cold so signed up and passed my theory first time then my driving test first time. Bilal was great and made learning very straightforward for me considering I’d never driven before. I recommend asking for a theory zoom session as well. It helped me make sense of the hazard perception that I just didn’t get to start with!

"This company is a complete rip off…"

This company is a complete rip off driving instructor Toby was rude and kept cancelling lessons then when test ready no tests available so ended up paying test and lessons elsewhere wouldn’t recommend these to anyone

"DAILY UPDATE - REFUND FINALLY RETURNED PLEASE READ!!!!"

DAILY UPDATE - FINALLY MY DAUGHTER RECEIVED HER REFUND BACK AFER 10 MONTHS!!! Please please whoever is waiting for a refund email the Managing Director Mark Elliot he paid the money straight back when all of this was brought to his attention. I tried to put his direct email in for you all but Trust Pilot wont allow it. Scroll down right at the bottom of myintensivecourse.com webpage to the small print and there is another email address there. Email that and specify his name. Get your money back if you are owed it from this company!

"Useless!! If i could do 0 stars i would!"

Waited 12 weeks for an instructor - still no further forward. Try and get a refund - not had forms ive got evidence of submitting.... ignored emails.... trying to speak to them is ridiculous as well!
Emails escalated to managers, managers are so busy is the response i get. You literally cannot get anywhere with them. The service is appalling. Avoid at all cost. They are just Useless!

Avoid. They take your money book you a test as a holding place, so you are unable to book or view available tests for yourself . And pretty much ignore you for the rest of the time. Don't answer emails. And when we got hold of a manager on the phone and requested a refund, it has been longer than 3 weeks and they won't answer any emails. It is just a scam.

"Absolute fraud of a company so fuming…"

Absolute fraud of a company so fuming my daughter took a week intensive way back in September and guess what she still hasn't had a test it's now the Newyear no communications with us whatsoever we have to keep ringing them and all we get back from them is sorry Ur areas busy yet other people are managing to get tests yet we're been waiting since September how on earth are I supposed to remember how to drive with over 4 months of not driving absolutely ridiculous I'm so frustrated I don't know we're to go from here I'm thinking of just turning up to the head office and finding someone to talk to face to face as they don't communicate with u and if u do get through it's like Ur talking to a robot
