"Do not use this company at all"

Do not use this company at all. I have payed a deposit of 290£ in May 2023 for a driving test and 12hours of driving lessons. Till this day I did not received a driving test, and they are asking me why I did not consume the driving lesson, I said clearly that how can i process the lessons when I do not have a driving test in place. And not only they don't answer my email, loads of complaints I have made, and I have took legal action against them, this company should not be liable to offer their services as they do not offer nothing as they said. Please anyone who wants a driving test or a driving lesson use your local driving instructor or find yourself a driving test. I'm still waiting for my full refund from them, and they just ignore me. This company should be taken to court by loads of people who is complaing here. I don't care if I'm spending loads of money, but the only thing I know , this company should stopped working and take people money for no service in exchange.

Been waiting since July 2023, scammers!
Was rude on the phone to my partner and my self, trying to get over £1000 refunded. Now have to take them to court. Everyone post these reviews on there social media platforms to ensure these people won't get another penny out of us people!

"SCAM"

I paid for a course with this company. It was over £300, and as they never were able to schedule any session for me I requested a refund as per their T&C. It took over a month to approve the full refund, this was in October 2023. Following this, I have been politely requesting a refund regularly, however they have not done so. Now my emails aren’t delivering to customer services, so I assume that I have been blocked off their email list. This is honestly extremely disheartening as we plan how to spend every penny of our hard earned money. I would recommend anyone looking for driving lessons to look elsewhere to avoid getting scammed and cheated on by this fake company.

they booked my theory test, emailed me a week before and advised me to rebook as they noticed on the app i wasnt ready (which is fair enough as i wasnt).. i emailed back and advised to rebook.. received another email a couple days before to ask again to rebook which i responded that i emailed back a couple weeks ago to do so- the response i got was that i needed to pay a fee, when i questioned this i was responded with that she has too many emails to get through- not being funny but this is not my problem- i paid as i just couldn't be bothered arguing at this point.

I've had 8 hours so far before xmas, then beginning of jan i contacted to ask when my test was booked...they told me 12th jan, when asked why i wasn't informed they said they didn't know i said well how am i supposed to fit the rest of my hours in before my test..they then asked my if i wanted to rebook- WELL OBVIOULSY! so now i have my new date in march I've messaged my instructor and he still hasn't replied with when he's going to fit me in.

i put a complaint in after this and contacted yesterday to see if they have received it, as i hadn't heard anything, got a response advising been passed to manager and get a response in next 3 days--- when i got this reply they got my name wrong!! literally just sums up my whole experience so far

communication has been absolutely awful and has caused me so much stress

i feel I've being mis lead with this course, i would have been better off just having normal lessons, thought this was supposed to be a crash course but its dragged on for so long- feel like getting my money back and going elsewhere- useless

I waited nearly a year for a test. It never came. When I requested a refund off my £700 I recieved £62!!!!!
I have reported this company to all the relevant bodies so hard working people can have a chance at not being scammed!!!!

Reply from them that all work was scheduled and completed. Lol 😆 I didn't even have a single lesson!

I was rushed into making payment 23rd August 2023 with a promise I was going to be merged within 1 month .After 3 months of waiting and not merged I requested for a refund since November 2023 Till today I haven't received my refund despite emails no response .Please Stay away

I booked my instensive course for 6 hours which COST £488
They wanted me to pay a deposit of £260 which I did I paid it on the phone they had me a test booked in march. Baring in mind I can drive and only needed 6 hours even less.so they booked my test in march and I found for December 17 last year and then they cancelled my test even tho I told them few weeks back I said to them don’t cancel my test I’m doing it with somebod else as these are complete messers. The day before my test they cancelled and I had to pay again for my test because it wasent before the 24 hrs time frame. So in the end I went with somebody else and lost £260. But in the end I passed my test on the 19th.

Passed my test with the fantastic Kirsty, I paid for the 6 hour course and they kept me updated up to my lesson day, I got my test the following week and passed first time
