Had a very quick 5min chat with Licia about an update from my instructor to book me in for a test. She communicated very clearly and precisely and told me that my local test centre is all booked and that she’ll put me on the fast track list and will continue to update me if there’s any changes/updates. Really helped me as I’m at work so this was super efficient as I was worried I would be on hold for a while which wasn’t the case :).

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! once deposit is paid regardless of a start date you get pestered for your remaining balance even though the website states you have 7 days before your test date to pay. After I explained their own policy to them I had nothing but issues as they obviously didnt like it. GO PRIVATE AND AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST

This company and the people working there are thorough, most helpful and very efficient. I’ve spoken with Ryan and Declan and both were encouraging and informative; in fact they appeared more excited about the whole booking and process than I did; very impressed….!

Could’ve have wished for a better experience! I had a lovely woman called licia as my course coordinator who helped me massively and made sure I got every detailed I needed which resulted in my passing my test first try last week. Highly recommend!

Rang this company early April to arrange tuition and a test for my daughters return
from University late June 2024.
Initially spoke to a nice young man (Kieran?) who was very knowledgable, listened to my inquiry and answered my every question in detail.
He then passed me onto an equally nice lady called Licia for the booking who confirmed every question with the exact same information and detail as Kieran.
This reassured me that there was no “smoke and mirrors” to avoid difficult and pointed questions about the process/ cancellations etc and I was 100% confident I fully understood the process.
Licia even offered to provisionally book a Driving Test there and then for our preferred test date ‘and’ location having checked on their systems that they could deliver tuition and test to our specific needs.
Deposit paid gladly and very impressed with the service that was provided.
Just hope my daughter passes or she’ll carry on asking me for lifts!
Fingers crossed.

My son is based in Wigan and was given a test in Scotland and that’s just the start.
The instructors are freelancers and you will work around their availability. The paid for lessons actually include your test day and the instructors travel time !
Sold as a stress free alternative - anything but.
If you’re reading this before you’ve booked then you’ve got lucky !
The owner probably has a big yacht in the Med on the back of what is now an obvious SCAM.
I foresee a Watchdog episode coming soon and rightly so - avoid avoid avoid.

"5* Delighted with our Instructor Paul…"

5* Delighted with our Instructor Paul BUT the agency administration was terrible. We booked with myintensivecourse.com and paid 50% up front believing that they would proactively co-ordinate our daughter's intensive driving course ending with a local test. That did not happen. Our 'course co-ordinator' failed to pass our Instructor details onto us, or our details to him, and so nothing was arranged for weeks as the 'course-coordinator' did nothing to follow up or check that all arrangements were in place. We were left wondering what was going on the day before we believed she was due to start her driving lessons. We had to urgently intervene and were 'blamed' for not doing the lesson bookings ourselves, when we had no idea of the identity of our instructor. We thought the whole point of paying up front for a 'course coordinator' was to coordinate our daughter's lessons & test bookings. The Instructor himself, Paul, contacted us direct and he was BRILLIANT at trying to sort out lessons and booking her test. He was professional and proactive from the first. The agency had the gall to try and prevent us from taking her first lesson with Paul until we had paid in full, despite their failings, which we objected to as terrible customer service. Our 'course co-ordinator' was very rude on the phone insisting we pay in full before any lessons were taken and eventually put the phone down on us when we objected to this. Eventually we dealt with his Supervisor and agreed to pay the balance 50% AFTER her first lesson, and so paid the balance in full once the first lesson was taken (one hour into a 6 hour course). The course lasted weeks and cannot be described as 'intensive'. Paul contacted us to book a driving test after we had heard nothing about a local test booking for weeks from the agency and we chased twice by email without response. Overall, Paul our Instructor was honest, responsive, proactive and best of all got our highly nervous daughter through her driving test first time with him after 3 previous failed attempts with another instructor. I wish we had found Paul direct and saved ourselves a lot of stress and upset dealing with an agency that has not always been responsive, proactive or professionally courteous to us as it's customers. The Supervisor we dealt with at the agency took over from her ill trained colleague and matters improved as a result of her intervention. However overall it was Paul our Driving Instructor who deserves his 5 stars for being wholly professional throughout and a great Driving Instructor. We would give the agency 1 star at best. Proceed with caution and if you in his area insist on Paul !!
