I booked an intensive course of 6 hours and the instructor cancelled me after doing 3.5 hours of lessons and they never returned me the money or fixed my problem.
I booked and paid for the practical test myself and they never return me that money either, they only moved my test earlier without consulting first and obviously I had to cancel. Therefore I had to find another instructor on my own and book another practical test out my pocket AGAIN.
I’ve tried to contact them a few times and always say they’ll contact me soon about my refund and never do it
Scammer, they only care about taking your money and don’t care about your course or lessons

Booked for my sons 21st birthday,18 hours for £980 and booked in October ,my sons birthday end of November 2023.
Had to pay full balance before he could start.My son had 4 months left on his theory so thought intensive would get him driving before it expired.
1st lesson was within a week but then it all went to pot.
Instructor constantly cancelling,then ignored my son.
My son’s theory expired in Feb 2024 so had to resit.
Today was told his test is Friday but he hasn’t had a lesson in 6 weeks and has still not used all his hours?
Phoned numerous times and was told to send in all evidence etc, no member of staff understood enough to deal with it.
Shocking service ,will be reporting to trading standards
Should have stay with the original weekly instructor that my son had for £30 a lesson,he would’ve been on the road by now.

I have spoken to Declan and macie through the last 4 weeks of booking my intensive course with the team. They have been nothing but helpful answering my questions that's probably not even relevant on the build up to my theory that I have past today.
I've received calls and text congratulate me and answered further questions on when I can get the ball rolling with starting the driving side of things. Hopefully won't be long, and can't thank them enough for there support

I really did not have a good experience with this company, they failed to book me a practical test, this was after I had cancelled the test, I booked so that they could find one closer to me, my instructor disappeared half way through the course, he suddenly stopped answering messages and calls, when he did answer his phone, he said that he was doing a course.
I contacted My Intensive for a replacement instructor and I was told that someone would get back to me within a set amount of time, two weeks after the specified time no one had made contact with me at all, I called them to chase it on two occasions, no one has a clue what I was talking about and notes had not been taken on whichever system they use and they sounded like they did not care.
I completed a refund request on their website, I was still waiting for a refund over the specified time on their website, when I called them about this, I was told that their refund department was delayed/busy this went on for weeks.
I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau who advised me to send signed for letters, that were ignored and I then had to go through my bank, this took a few months to get my money back.
I took time off work for lessons and in the end, it was not worth it as they did not deliver. This company did the reverse of what they publicly claim to do, they delayed my progress, failed to book a practical test for me, left me without a driving instructor, out-of-pocket, and without a driving license, please avoid this company, if not you will regret it! It was stressful and disappointing.

Refused to refund even after failing to give me all my driving hours of the course, ran out of time on theory because they took too long to find a test date so that’s invalid and refuse to pay for that, phone operators laughing at the situation.

Avoid this company like the plague. Provided the date when theory test expires, emphasising that I must pass by July. Was promised that all be booked and ready on time. Surprise, surprise it was not. Long story short after multiple calls to the company, dealing with extremely arrogant, rude and deceptive customer services I still got nowhere. Requested chargeback with my bank and they have issued it just under a week. DO NOT waist your time asking them to issue a refund just contact your bank straight away.

FORGET ABOUT GETTING A FASTER TEST WITH THIS LOT!! I'd signed off everything in May 2023 and they gave me a 'place holder date' up in Scotland (I'm from London) but assured me that this was just so I could be added the system and they can find me a test faster using their 'fast track' (don't make me laugh) system. Didn't hear from them again, ended up just waking up at 06:00 everyday to check the GOV.UK website. Found myself a test at the end of last year for April, I informed them and they told me that they would still be looking and if an earlier one comes up they will contact me. Surprise surprise nothing, 10 months and they found nothing. Every time I contacted them I was told 'apologies there's longer wait times for a test in London, there's nothing they can do it's an automated system'. I've check, the average wait time in London is 6 months, I was waiting 10 without them even finding me one further down the line. Save yourself a load of headache and steer clear of this company.
