DO NOT USE!!! Currently going through small claims and county court for a full refund from April 2023 ….. Management are useless and do not respond!!

Terrible experience with this company. Booked a course on 27th Feb for my son who had a short time frame to pass his test. An instructor contacted him to tell him he had no availability and to wait for the office to arrange a test. We arranged several tests ourselves and in the hope that one would suit the instructor - none did. I requested a refund on the 3rd April and have chased several times since. We ended up booking another course with a company called Pass Faster who have been amazing and had my son booked in and his test passed within 3 weeks. I'd highly recommend going to them and avoid this company at all costs. I am issuing a claim through the Small Claims Court today as it seems to be the only way to recover the deposit.

HORRENDOUS!!! We've paid £434 in April 2023 as a business to put one of our employees through an intensive course.

He had zero contact from anyone for months, despite chasing.

Requested a refund and was fobbed off and passed from department to department as a blatant time wasting exercise hoping he'd give up chasing.

We've still not received the refund 13 MONTHS on!!!

Very good company to be able to start your driving course, my instructor Peter George absolutely brilliant fella I would highly recommend him.
My intensive driving course keep in touch with you and you can contact them with any issues you may Lucia whom I spoke to very nice lady to deal with any concerns you may have.
I will be definitely recommending this company to anyone who asks.

Would happily give this place 0 stars if i could. fast tracked? more like fast lies. they confirmed with my driving instructor when my test was ( i have seen the messages ) to then MOVE the test without telling anyone? no calls. no texts. no emails. i have saved their number and their email has notifications on, so i would KNOW if anything like this was to happen. so i have used up my 30 hours leading up to what i THOUGHT was my test.. so not only have i wasted 30 hours of my time and effort, £1525 of my money has also gone to waste, as apparently “i don’t qualify” for a refund, due to me using the hours, which obviously i would not have used, if i had any knowledge that the test date had been moved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!

had my in car lessons 03/04/2023!!!! still waiting for a test! no one has contacted me for an update. your ring and they say the same thing and don’t let you even get a word in.

i’ve requested a refund 4 weeks ago and still not even heard back. to call to be told the whole refund department are on annual leave and will more than likely get back to me next week.

absolutely disgusting had enough of this company. i wanted a quick pass not have to wait over a year and still waiting for a test date

Not even one star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
it's been that long since I started my refund request and complaints procedure and heard nothing, I have to re do my theory test. My local instructor has passed over 27 pupils in this time. My last review response I was told I would hear from them but I havnt. No communication via telephone or email.
Complete scam. I also can't book my test because I'm still in "contract" with this rubbish company that clearly just takes people's money. The instructor asking me if I think the car infront are Jewish freemason based on their number plate, unprofessional and irrelevant waste of my time. Was told they'll offer a mock test but I paid for the actual test. Was told I refused the test date but I never received such thing because they can't communicate...but they will respond to your trust pilot review and tell you they'll contact but they won't. Have reported to trading standards as I still havnt received my refund. Can't do my theory again until they do and release me from their "contract" which they fail to adhere to. Ripping people off taking money that's all they do

"My daughter had her test booked this…"

My daughter had her test booked this morning but due to lack of communication they cancelled it without telling her! She turned up to the test centre after booking half a day off work for them to let her know the company had cancelled the test without telling her or her instructor. She then rang the office and had the pleasure of dealing with someone called Ryan who laughed at her cuz she was clearly angry and upset. I’m absolutely livid that this has happened to my little girl and she was sobbing down the phone to me. This Ryan needs sacking for how he dealt with my daughter, patronising her and not letting her speak. Shocking company!

"Brilliant Driving Course"

My instructor was John A Gray, He was a brilliant instructor who was great at helping me improve my driving to a test standard. He was thorough and provided great tips and advice to make the most of the driving test. I passed my driving test on my first try thanks to John.

My daughter booked an 'intensive' course back in January. Her first lessions were book for 8 weeks later. They were then cancelled by the driving instructor as the company hadn't sent the money!!
They finally booked her a rest after arguing that she didnt select the test included option, despite having evidence.
She requested her booking details so she could get an early cancellation test which was booked for today.

Has has turned up at the test centre to be told her test was cancelled by the company and one booked for August in Scotland!!!! We live in Wiltshire.
The company have tried to blame the fact that they didn't know, again we have confirmation emails from the company re the test today as does the driving instructor.

Poor communication. No apology and staff willing to blame everyone but themselves
