"Brilliant online chat experience, excellent support!"
I was a little anxious when I saw my theory date had been booked for the next few weeks (which is honestly brilliant giving current waiting times, but due to work constraints I was unable to prepare that quickly), I spoke to Ryan over the online chat on the website, he was quick to respond, polite and helped me understand the course and rebooked a theory test for me in no time and answered some other questions I had. As someone with anxiety it can be difficult to communicate sometimes with online chat services but Ryan was an absolute star and was extremely helpful! Thank you so much.

My previous struggle was finding an instructor in my area but they helped signpost me to alternative options and solutions.

"Zero Communication"
No interest in maintaining communication, with me or the instructor (mine worked for a different company but occasionally took on MIC customers).
I had to wait 4 months to find out I'd been given a placeholder test, which was after calling and emailing for weeks. Then they brought it forward by 10 days without telling me or my instructor. I even had to find out the test date by myself, I had no confirmation from the company until 5 days before the test.
I've submitted various complaints, via website and over the phone and haven't even received an acknowledgement. The amount of regret I have for signing up to this company is astronomical. I would have likely passed by now and would've been about a grand richer if I just paid for my own lessons and tests.

We bought the course started the lessons then have completed lessons and ready for test only no test is arranged. Called Ryan loads of times and he tells us we are in fast track process and we cannot get a test date quicker. Even though we can but then it mucks there system up so we have to wait and wait all the time he is ready for the test and lessons finished! What is the point of selling intensive course if you can’t get a test at the end. We would have been better of doing lessons and going for a cancellation on the app the same as all his friends that have now passed. This is not what we wanted.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. Booked the course and within 1 week i had lessons booked. I had 4 lessons and my test booked and passed first time all within the space of 3 weeks. Im over the moon.

My experiences with myintensivecourse have been great. I've been a driving instructor for nearly 10 years, taking on students from many driving companies during this time. The students I've taken on from myintensivecourse have all been delighted with the service - no exception. No student has ever had a private word with me about how they feel they've been ripped off or neglected. There's also a general consensus that despite costs, the fees make sense as organising private lessons, booking practical tests then looking for cancellations, is often problematic and time consuming
From my point of view, as an instructor, the course fees are very workable when comparing the fees of other companies. In fact, to put it into context, one company offers instructors half the hourly rate myintensivecourse offers (based on postcodes) and charges the student around 300% more.
As far as communication is concerned, I prefer to phone the office and there is never a wait time that exceeds what I consider unreasonable for a company that caters for students nationwide
On a personal note, what a relief it is to be able to speak to Macie. She's so naturally bright and enthusiastic. She's always professional as well very helpful.
Looking at the reviews on TrustPilot, I'd say, as with so many reviews sites, people who have negative experiences - who are in the minority - can often make up the majority of the comments, unfairly misrepresenting the standard of the company they are reviewing

Do not go with this company they rip you of take your momey make you wait over a year for a reefund still had no reedund the guy ryan was very rude on the phone i paid nearly 1000 pound the first lesson the driver watched football on his phone i nearly crashed the car it put me of geting back in with him so i wanted a reefunt they only said i can have a reefund for lessons 420 pound for 1000 how do u work that out no teta money reefunded i have lost a lot of money at no falt of my own they rip you of they should no be a company the way they rip u off im still waiting for a reefund im goin to go to the solicitors take this to some on that can sort this out its a joke
