Couldn’t rate this course provider any more if there was ten starts I would give them it, booked the course was a slow burner took a while to get me my instructor, four weeks from paying the deposit, no fault of there’s as that part is more down the availability of instructors but contact was kept and answered every message I sent regarding an instructor so communication was great. I had my first lesson yesterday and my instructor has confirmed I am test ready, original test was booked for September and thanks to Nicola within 24 hours she got me a test that is in less then a week and to top it off the price is very competitive. Again ten stars if I could give them it, amazing company in my opinion

"The company has been very supportive on…"

The company has been very supportive on my learning journey. Any issues I’ve had such as a change of instructor was dealt with smooth and quick. Despite having to wait a while for my test date, I’m grateful that I didn’t have to do the work of trying to get one myself which can be tedious and exhausting. Thanks to Licia for congratulating me on passing my test and thanks to the team who have help me to finally get on the road.

"Absolute vile company"

Absolute vile company.
Waited from may 2023 for a theorem test january 2024, then a test booked for may with no driving instructors. They cancelled test in may another one for October. Then June instructed a driving instructor who had no idea about the test or what hours was not given any information. I then had to pay the driving instructor on top & re book a test on another app. Absolute scam of a company & do not give you a refund like they say they do. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

"Advice on how to get a refund"

If you are looking at Trustpilot you are either debating if to invest in 'Myintensive' or you are a 'customer' who has realised that you money may have gone into a black hole. Having today received a refund after 13 months of trying, I wanted to give you some guidance. I booked a course for my daughter in May 2023 and paid a £290 deposit with an assurance that lessons would start within 4 weeks or I would be refunded. Nothing happened and when I called after the 4 week window for a refund I was told that due to the pandemic the refund window was now after 16 weeks. They knew that at the time I booked but it was never flagged. All attempts at getting a refund within the 16 week window were rejected. After 16 weeks, I contacted them for a refund to be told that I had to request via an online form, which I did. 2 weeks later I called again to be told that the refund was approved and with accounts for payment. Another 2 weeks later I called again to be told that they had lost the form and I needed to resubmit. 4 weeks later I called again to be told it was approved and with accounts for payment. Another 2 weeks later I was assured by the Lisa (office manager) that she would deal with my refund personally. Another 4 weeks later I was told by Sean (sales) that the accounts team were on holiday for 4 weeks!...........and so the saga kept going, and going and going. Finally after building a relationship with Ryan (sales) over a number of weeks the refund was credited back to my payment card - 13 months afterwards. So my advice is, keep going!! - there is clearly a policy of fobbing off a refund, and when they 'approve' it as it is within their own terms, they just hope you will give up chasing until they liquidate the company and re-start under a slightly different name (see BBC Watchdog for the owners' past history doing that) I genuinely do not know why Trading Standards allows a company which such shocking misleading and dishonest behaviour to continue to trade.

"Had to give a star. Awful robbing company "

Had to give a star. No stars. They will take your money and sell you a false service.
I was told after 2 years of me trying to contact I am entitled to a refund and would be paid in 16 days. Of course it hasn't and they keep fobbing me off with emails full of lies. Sick of trying to sort this. Have to redo my theory it's been that long.DO NOT USE
