I booked a 30 hour week intensive course in July 2023. While I will say the instructions and app given to pass your theory are brilliant when it comes to the practical it’s a different matter.
It took two months for them to even find me an instructor. And they never booked me a test in my area (South England) just in Scotland with no contact or confirmation. I then took it upon myself to book a test in my area 9 months later and was lucky enough to pass.
Everytime I have called them asking to book my test I just got met with the same response that there is nothing available. In addition to this I am still owed 4 hours by my instructor who would always show up late or cancel on the day.
All in all they are company who promise week intensive courses but fail to deliver- Do not waste your time with them.

If there was an option for 0 stars trust me I’d use it! Absolute mess from start to finish as I’d completed my seventeen hours back at the start of November and received no communication in reference to a potential test date. They booked a placement test for me but in Scotland bearing in mind I live in London but anyways the test was booked in. Came within days of the test had no phone call, email no nothing so had to take it into my own hands and book a test myself to do in my mums car. The service provided throughout the whole company is god damn awful with no one showing any genuine concern that their company isn’t intensive even though it’s the brand name??? Everyone stay clear of this company as it’s a massive scam and I will be taking it further through the dvsa. Absolutely disgusting!

1 star is a complement to this company.
I paid for this course a year ago and have been fighting to get my refund ever since.
Never got one lesson and now i can't even get a response from customer service or the refunds team.
I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before paying but if your thinking of buying DONT.
They say on the hold music they will find you a driver within 4 weeks and i'm still waiting after 52 - id be very surprised if this place isn't shut down soon.
Please don't make the same mistake I did!

"This company is a shambles"
This company is a shambles, it's meant to be a simple structure of an intensive course learning right up until you take your test, they are meant to book you a test. So I've booked a test; paid extra for a certified date, come to my test day they cancelled the test and given me an earlier date without any confirmation just a word of mouth over the phone, not only that they've now again rebooked for me on the earliest date which is two months away and still haven't been notified my instructor had to call me and tell me this, this is very unprofessional you would think the people in charge of verifying and examining people would know how to do there job properly. I expect a refund and at least a rebook for a closer date as this is completely unacceptable. I would steer left of my intensive course

I booked a course in January, which was eventually filled this week in May.
The instructor's car was not safe. The breaks screeched every time I used them, and when I asked why she said "the mechanics put too much oil on them" - and that she "really needs a new car".
She was on her phone the whole time, texting which meant she kept missing instructions and directions.
She hit my hand off the indicator because "no one is around" and I shouldn't use indicators if no one is there. She shouted at me if I ever made a mistake.
She eventually lost it at me, had a rage outburst, cancelled the rest of my lessons, cancelled my test, and left me on the side of the road. We were on a dual carriageway. I had no jacket, no wallet, and was left to walk back to the city following road signs, on low battery and had to pay for my own way home.
I was in an area I didn't know and had never been.
She told me to "take it up with the company".
When I spoke to them they said they'd refund the hours she cancelled, but not the ones I'd had and that I'd have to wait for her to pay them back first.
Even if I got back all the money I'd be out of pocket, because I also had to take time off work, pay for childcare I can't cancel at such short notice, and paid for an expensive cab ride home.
A huge amount of money to spend on not having lessons or a test.
Looks like I'll also be going to small claims court like many other customers.

I paid £750 for this course
Firstly, they allocated me a driver not in my area it took weeks for them to allocate a new driver - During the delay i requested a refund which took weeks and for them to contact me only 2 weeks before my test to say a driver was now allocated
The woman showed up at my house with no L plates or top signs on her car, the woman was very pushy and late at giving directions when asking for directions she would grab the steering wheel despite not putting anyone in any sort of danger and constantly on her phone. The woman then over allocated my hours i realised on the day of one of a 3 hour lesson and was charged another £117 on top of the £750 i already paid!!! When driving the car another car cut across my road so an emergency stop took place to be advised i should have just smashed into the car and put a claim in to be called selfish due to me telling her i had my test next week.
A day before the test came the DVSA pushed back my test a month - i asked the driving instructor the day i had that lesson and the following day could we push the lessons back to be advised it was another cancellation fee.
On top of the above - when i did go on the handful of driving lessons she made me take her for her breakfast and many stops to the shops and toilets.
I called this business to complain about the instructor they are allocating for them to say they wouldn’t deal with this issue or speak with the instructor as it is a matter for the police!!!
I am absolutely disgusted in the service i have been provided with and the lack of support from this business.
I had to purchase a vehicle costing me £7500 to take the test in my own car and be taught by a family member. Thankfully i have passed my test but i am utterly disgusted into the waste of time i’ve had to put in with this business.

"Would recommend!"
I had a great experience with this company, I was quickly contacted by an Instructor, who I really got on with and did a great job of teaching me. The company were a-bit slow assigning me a test date and it was a little short notice when they did, but it was in the month I asked for (5 months after I started learning) and I passed so no complaints really! The website was very helpful to pass my theory and it was easy to use to see when my lessons were, and everyone who I spoke to on the phone to organise things were very helpful :)
