As a positive they got me a theory test quick and the app is really good for practice.
They also got me a driving instructor… that’s where the positives end, I have been waiting on a test since Aug 23! (Originally booked in June 23) 8 months and no test, there’s three available to me. Apparently my instructor has not been available twice, I asked for a change of instructor because he clearly couldn’t make dates. Again told they couldn’t so I asked about a refund and they refused to give me the full amount (I understand having to pay the theory) I know several people who have booked at my local test centre after I passed my theory and they have all had their test. I fail to see how this service is in any way quicker!

horrendous, been waiting for a refund for 2 months, everytime you try ask get a hold of them too ask we’re it is they just fob you off! ‘Oh the refund team isn’t here at the moment,we will pass it on to them when we have time’ that’s all you hear from them, robbing f*uckers !

I have been waiting for a refund since October 2023, when we finally had got to the end of our patience with them (week long intensive driving lessons, Ha!). I should have received payment on the 10th April, but guess what no monies! they are now no responding to my FB messages. Whoever mentioned Watchdog, fab idea!!!!
