Would give minus stars if I could. Paid for intensive course, had two lessons and heard nothing back. Had a live chat sometime after to see where test was and they said soon. 6 months later I have asked for a refund but they just keep coming up with the excuse that dvsa imdustry is bad. The driving instructor told us that people are waiting months for a test. Complete rip offs. DO NOT waste your money

I have had a fantastic experience with aurel , he’s very patient and really good at making things make sense. I passed second time with only 3 minors a month after my 1st test . I would recommend aurel and my intensive course to anyone wanting to learn quickly and pass . I’d like to mention my intensive course and aurel like to make sure you are test ready before going for your test to ensure you have a high chance of passing leaving slots for other people that are test ready . Have faith in them and you will pass !

Please read reviews before you start anything with this criminals . They are horrible, they are scammers, they are thieves and set of rude individuals when talking to their customers . I paid the £492 for the past six months and no test was booked for me ,I keep calling them without any tangible information. Please beware of this company.Thank you

My driving instructor was kind an very cool he helped a lot for my lessons even if I only booked 6hours and passed.The price is very expensive although if you pass its wort it.and I'll wait for a month only to take the lesson's and test.

Total scam, you won't get any lessons or a test, impossible to get a refund. Very poor business practices. I feel sorry for the people working there having to make excuses for them.

I was a driving instructor, but due to my wife's terminal illness diagnosis, I had to sell my business and become her carer.
My licence to teach has now expired also.
I continue to be bombarded by these people with requests to teach. I have asked them to stop on at least 15 occasions, by phone, online chat and e mail. They literally do not care. So how do they treat their pupils and affiliated ADI's ??????
Stay clear, as they're not bothered about you.

I booked my course at the beginning of December, my instructor contacted me 2 days later and I passed today, was very sceptical of the reviews but these guys couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried , and I got the job I needed because of them 👍 thank you so much

"This company is a shambles"
This company is a shambles, nothing intensive about having a lesson a week or sometimes two weeks apart.
That stopped in November (9 lessons in 10 weeks) still not had a test.
Blaming test availability, which is understood to be an issue but better planning around a test date, the week or so before having lessons so it is an intensive course which is what was actually paid for, would be what is expected.
I have a complaint open that is not being responded to, each time I call a new complaint is raised and told that someone from the management team will call back to address the issues, no that doesn’t happen either.
Time to do a chargeback on the credit card, I am sure they will want to speak then….
