"Avoid - poor quality and returns to Germany !"

I wish I had read the reviews on here first. Mat turned up but was different colour than shown in web-site. Also mat was crumpled and creased with edges turned over. Not very good quality either. Very thin and cheap looking. When I tried to return it they said it has to be sent to Germany ! That would cost a fortune! No mention of this on their web-site - deliberately in my opinion. Do not buy from this company.”

"Non-existent customer service"

Bought two floor mats; one simply cracked with no excess pressure applied to it. I would return it but they don't really have customer service; they don't answer emails or pick up the phone.

You should always check Trustpilot if you deal directly with a website rather than going through Amazon!

Lesson learned.

Ordered 16 gym mats and received 4. When I emailed they delayed in their responses and asked irrelevant questions. I finally said I would return them for a full refund and the other mats mysteriously turned up. The quality is awful and a complete waste of money. Plus they have no office in the UK and any returns need to be sent to Germany at your costs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

"Dishonest and poor quality"

Dishonest and poor quality. I wish I'd thought to check these review. I bought two 'Emma' bamboo bathmats which were nothing like the quality in the pictures. The most dishonest thing, as another reviewer has experienced, is that they tell you to pay the return to Germany. It is a UK site with no reference to any returns to Germany. They don't any answer any calls nor subsequent emails despite the customer service nonsense written on their site. I will be reporting them to the various bodies. In the meantime I intend to go through my credit card company, (there is plenty of time to do this, even after their 14 days return policy, before the card company pays out). I encourage people to not let them get away with this otherwise more people will fall pray to this activity.

Everyone is right wish I’d read reviews before ordering they are a disgusting company the pictures don’t match the product you are buying the quality is absolutely pathetic and they won’t give you a refund when you complain they shouldn’t be allowed to operate will be making a complaint to my credit card company but they purposely delay delivery so you are passed the complaint day.

"Not fit for purpose"

As per many of the other customers on here, my floor protector cracked inside 2 weeks and I am expected to send it back to Germany at my cost for material testing with no promise of a replacement and no confidence in the replacement if I even got one.

Absolute joke of a company. Do not touch with a barge pole.

They clearly moderate the reviews on their website so they only show good reviews.

"Avoid this business!"

Avoid this business! Ordered chair mat for carpet floors - cracked badly within 2 weeks. When I tried to get them to replace it, they said I need to send it back to Germany first so that can inspect it before even considering a refund. They expect me to foot the bill and the hassle of sending it back to Germany! While I can understand there being a problem with a product, I can't understand their returns process!

I purchased a floor mat from this company, it was shipped to me quickly which was fine. However, the product was not of good quality and cracked after just one day.

I asked to return the product, but the company wanted me to front the shipping to Germany (circa £30) to return the product. Completely unacceptable.

Futher to this, the company refused to help in any way, making everything my issue. Avoid.

I managed to get my money back through a pay pal claim, so anyone who had to deal with this company please use pay pal!

"Very good experience"

The bamboo floor mat arrived in excellent condition and embellishes my bathroom floor. I had trouble getting in touch with floormats UK over the phone to find out when exactly the package would arrive after I had received email confirmation that the order had been processed. However when I sent an email I received a swift response which I was grateful for.

Really disappointed. Ordered coir mat in grey and when it arrived the colour clearly did not match the one shown online. It was blue and I sent pictures showing it against all shades of grey, including their own online picture. Unfortunately they wouldn't accept a return or consider any refund/exchange options. Very poor customer service.
