I purchased a mat and they sent the wrong size (half the size), and when complained failed to see I sent a photo in my original complaint with a tape measure to prove my claim.
They offered me a 16% refund for their error and then went through Paypal as they demanded I ship to Germany for a refund. Paypal got involved and got me a UK address to ship to but after a month am still waiting for the return of the purchase price and the return shipping cost (paid to try and get the main item cost back - I suspect Paypal protection will leave me high and dry on this part)

These guys are little better than scammers! I bought a 'quality' chair mat in April. Within 3 months it split in numerous places. No responses. No refund. PayPal Protection proved illusory. Buy somewhere else and direct on your credit card to ensure a real right of recourse!

No stars would be better but Trustpilot doesn't have that option. Purchased 2 office mats for desk chairs. They disintegrated very quickly and are useless. The company doesn't reply to complaints.

Like many others here, I overpaid for a plastic floor mat. £55 and is cracked to hell.
Will not respond to emails. I might as well have thrown £55 in the tip as this is the only place this piece of crap will be going.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
I brought a carpet protector from this company, within one week a crack appeared within a couple more days it was totally unusable. £50 wasted!
Their customer service is almost existent after the first response.
In the end they suggested the broken mat be returned to Germany at my expense.
Suggest you look for a more reliable supplier, their are plenty of good ones around.

"Bought a door mat, broke after a couple of weeks"
Bought a door mat, it took a while to arrive. As soon as my wife lift it to position it in front of the door, a part of the rubber edge snapped. Contacted customer service, it's true that they reply before 24H. The offer to solve this issue thought isn't satisfactory. In the middle of a UK lockdown, I need to go to the post office, send back the item for inspection to German, pay that from my own pocket. Then they will check and make a decision. I can't do that, for safety reasons but also the postage cost will be almost as much as the price of the items.
I am waiting for more ideas to solve this from this companies. Maybe I'll update this review then.
My dealings with this company hasn't been great so far.
A first order took ages to arrive, until I place a strongly worded complain.
A query wasn't successful: I asked to receive a sample of a runner. It was refused. I asked if they had additionnal photos as the one online were not showing the thickness and all the angles of the product. It was refused. How one can make decision on buying something if one cannot see the product correctly and figure out if it will fit at home?
It's a shame as I found there are quite a few good looking rugs, outdoor carpets, etc, in this site. But the customer service is lagging.

Item failed after 1 month (cracked and split) support via email only - despite being "floormats.co.uk" they wanted me to ship back to Germany at my own expense before issuing any refund or replacement.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. My experience is exactly the same as the other reviewers. I ordered two plastic mats which were said to be suitable for use with a carpet in August, they didnt arrive until end of September and one started splitting within three weeks, the other within 5 weeks. Appalling products sold with bogus claims without any care or moral compass. I emailed to complain many times and have called at various times and had no response at all although the email is monitored as I did have a response about the month delay in delivery. The company's phone message says that your call is very important, and then cuts off after a while.
AS another reviewer said I have only given this company one star as it's not possible to give less. I am looking for redress by claiming though my bank as previous complainers have recommended.

What a RUBBISH COMPANY ordered a bath mat in Sep when order came it was the wrong colour started to e mail them and they admitted it was there mistake said they would arrange for it to be picked up I was given a date waited in all day never turned up, after many many e mails no response and now 2 months later still no response they have now stopped sending any reply to my e mails,I have given up with them.
Tried ringing a few times and after several minutes you just get cut off.
They changed their minds about collecting it and said this was a mistake and said we should send it back to Germany at our expense which on checking was going to be £15.47 and they said it would be at our cost, and don't forget they admitted they had a picking error and it was their mistake, but still would not pay the carriage.
Should anyone trade with a company like this.
We have reported them to trading standards.

"Mats too small and wrong colour"
The actual product is okay, but if you want mats a specific size and colour you would be wise to look elsewhere. They out source the manufacturing. The +/- 5% manufacturering tolerance was used make all the mats smaller in every direction than the dimensions we had asked for so they were undersized. The colour was meant to be a Pantone grey and did not match either. To a polite query to customer services teh reply "was read the T&C's" the follow up e mail has received no response. So not a company we would recommend to anyone.
