"Terrible"
Terrible. I ordered two chair mats for my wife and I for normal office chair use in our home office. Both cracked badly within weeks. The best offer has been a 23% refund otherwise we need to post the cracked mats to Germany at our own expense for inspection. Bad review removed from their website. Avoid this company. The cheap one my son bought from ikea has survived in tact much longer.

I bought a Polycarbonate Chair Mat for Carpets and it took 6 weeks to be delivered.
This is not a UK business, it is just a front for "Iconik Europe GmbH" which is why it took so long to deliver, it comes from Europe and they don't specify that anywhere.
Also, after ONE week of use, it broke in several places. But the site says "crack-, curl-, break-, scratch- and yellow-resistant" which is non-sense.
So stay away, it's the worst mat from the Worst company in the world.

"Buyers beware!"
Really disappointed with this company. Have used them twice before and have been pleased with the mats. Understandably, over time, the mats have needed replacing so I confidently placed a third order with floormats.co.uk. The mat arrived on time but within 4 weeks of home-office use, the latest mat cracked in multiple places and eventually split in two.
I emailed the company with a set of photos, but they insisted I resend the mat to Germany so they could inspect it. (The cost of posting would have been £30+ with no guarantee of any refund, so here's a Company with a returns policy that is so expensive for the customer that it makes it not worthwhile.) I emailed a second time explaining the situation, and they stuck to their line of "return it to us for inspection". I've since had no response to my third email.
I'm now £70 down on my purchase, with a mat which is heading to the recycling centre.
Be very careful if you decide to buy from this company.

"Slow delivery, dangerous packaging, poor quality and worse customer service"
I made the mistake of trusting the reviews on their own site and not verifying somewhere independently before ordering.
The order took over 10 days to arrive, with the tracking not updating at any point in this time, which admittedly may be down to external factors rather than the company themselves.
On delivery the package and mat were in fine condition, however the mat was tightly rolled within the box and secured with a plastic strap. On cutting the strap the mat flung open with quite some force, fortunately not hitting me or anything else. In hindsight I should have foreseen it but a warning label certainly wouldn't go amiss. The edge of the mat could easily have taken a chunk out of a piece of furniture or small child.
I was initially pleased with the mat itself, but fast forward 3 months of home-office use (regular office chair on wheels, and me weighing around 70kg) and it has now cracked in multiple places.
I attempted to contact the company multiple times via email and the contact form on their website to arrange for a replacement or refund but never received a reply. Fortunately I had paid through PayPal so was able to open a dispute (which they also ignored) so ended up with all my money back.
Would strongly recommend against making a purchase here.

Ordered mat with 2 day delivery. Cancelled by email after 17 days as job was finished (that the mat was for). They then "processed" the order and shipped even though I said DO NOT SHIP specifically in my email. Now they state I have to ship back to Germany at my expense which is against UK Consumer law. SCAM COMPANY ..DO NOT USE

They didn’t dispatch the product until I chased, 10 days after I placed the order. They immediately started offering me discounts which was concerning.
The packing arrived damaged so the mat was coming out of the packaging.
The mat is really cheap, but I paid £43, which comparatively should get me a good mat. The mat was rigid, I was expecting it to be softer and rolled, it was just a huge sheet of brittle plastic.
The customer service has been absolutely horrendous, I just want to return the product & get a refund. Who knows whether I’ll be able to get one.

"Avoid like the plague"
Avoid like the plague, mat cracked in less than a week and the only recourse is to pay for shipping back to Germany. After 2 months the mat is completely in pieces

Update - please note as of 8/11/2021 floormats.co.uk have suspended their web site for "updates" - they are likely trying to combat all the negative reviews and or change their trading name / web address etc - check carefully who you are buying your floor mat from....please read on.

My experience is consistent with many below...
My mat actually arrived - but it cracked/failed after a few weeks of normal use as did many others per the multiple negative reviews below. They asked for a photo of the cracking/defect and then offered a pathetic 16% refund on a mat that cost over a 100GBP. I refused they offered a 23% refund I refused - they then said the mat needs to be sent back to Germany at my expense so they can inspect it! Total BS!! - they know their products are defective so they offer a pathetic refund % or make it too hard for the customer to return it so that they retain a profit and you get to keep a BS defective mat (or hard plastic shards of a broken mat) - just look at the many negative reviews below.....buy from a local manufacturer/distributor. This company is in Germany not in the UK as their ".co.uk" web address would lead you to believe.. Don't do it!!
Update - as the mat disintegrates it cracks into incredibly hard and sharp plastic (glass-like) shards that will slice your foot open if you accidenty stand on them - you've been warned.

I should have read the reviews here! When my first order failed to arrive they resent the item. I was initially really pleased with it but the mat cracked after 2 months and is now in pieces. £60 wasted on what I thought was a high end mat. No response to my emails or their contact us form. Honestly, shocked by the poor quality product and even worse service. Buyers beware

Would not recommend.
As with all the other bad reviews, I ordered a floormat, realised the company was in Germany and tried to cancel within 24 hours but they refused and offered a 15% refund instead. They told me the tracking was not working and then ignored my emails.
Phonecalls are never answered.
I have now opened a Paypal dispute in the hope of recovering my money for a floor mat I have never received.
I wish I had spent some time to research the site and read these reviews before ordering.. Lesson learnt.
Edit:
After opening a dispute, I was finally given working tracking information and a floormat actually turned up, packaged rolled without a cardboard core, flattened and folded in half.
After unpacking, it is not even cut straight.
Time will tell how long it lasts.
