Terrible company, take your order and that is it, false delivery time, courier dispatch number they gave me, not known buy parcel force,

I have placed my order for floor mat on 19 June. 24 June received email confirming the mat was dispatched and will be delivered shortly. 29 June received email informing me that the floor mat I have ordered won't be delivered as it is actually out of stock. Considering reviews submitted here and my experience I do not recommend this company. I am currently awaiting a full refund. Will update this review further once received monies.

"Good after sales service"

I ordered a chair mat for carpet. It did take a little longer than predicted to arrive but this was right in the middle of lockdown.
After a month a crack appeared in the mat and grew each time I rolled over it. I emailed them with photos and had a response the same day. They apologised for the fault and refunded me. The refund appeared on my card 3 days later. I'm giving five stars because of the level of customer service I received.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying! Took much longer than expected to deliver and within 7 weeks cracked suddenly one day and broke into dangerous shards causing a health and safety disaster. Utterly disgusted I wrote to customer services who stated it was more than 30 days so couldn't do anything further. The item was clearly faulty and not fit for purpose so I said this did not apply under EU and UK law but was totally ignored. £50 down the pan. Fuming! DO NOT BUY!!

"Product does not live upto hype.Customer service is little more than a fobbing off"

Bought a Pro series polycarbonate floor mat that is described as "high-lifetime polycarbonate" and "crack-, curl-, break-, scratch- and yellow-resistant"
After roughly 6 months it had cracked,soon after, a large section split off.After explaining the situation to Floor Mats UK via email ,I received a reply stating that returns or replacements are only available for 30 days from purchase. 30 days warranty does not suggest on item of "high life time.After looking through several review sites it is clear that many other have experienced similar failures of the product and an almost identical fobbing off by Floor Mats UK.
That so many complaints have been lodged without action by Floor Mats suggest that they are knowingly selling a item which they know does not match the description on the web site.Trading Standards here we come.

Have nothing to do with this company. In January I bought a chair mat from this company, within 11 weeks it had started to break up. I emailed and their reply was to try to dodge the issue saying that their returns policy was only good for 30days . I persisted, many emails went back & forth, they fudged around the edges of my complaint until finally they said I had bought the wrong type of mat I should have bought one for hard floors not carpet as the carpet was to thin. I pointed out that there was no mention of minimum thickness of carpet on their web site. They demanded a photo of the carpet along side a ruler so that they could see the depth of pile, this meant that we had to pull the carpet off its fixings which resulted in damage to the carpet. The photo proved that the carpet was close to the maximum thickness. They acknowledged receipt of the photo but since then I have heard nothing in spite of 2 requests for a reply. Deal with these people if you must but if it goes wrong kiss goodbye to your money and don't say you weren't warned. Avril Day

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The quality of the floor mat I purchased is less than poor as it only lasted 6 months and cracked and broke up after normal use. I agree with the other complainants, poor customer service. The item is not fit for purpose yet they are not interested in that fact just quote the 30 day return policy. Standard email replies totally ignored my questions. Rubbish company.
