"Worst company ever!"

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish i had done some research about this dreadful company before purchasing a mat for my hallway. I recieved my mat after just over a week with no order confirmation or email after taking my money straight away, only to find my mat was damaged when it arrived and had about 4 or 5 tears in the rubber. So i emailed them as it says to get a reference for returning goods only to have them try and fob me off with a discount towards keeping the mat, i explained that i would like a refund and do not want to keep a damaged mat but they still tried to get me to keep it with a further discount. Another email later i told them i want my money back and not a discount and they send me an email stating that all there products are checked before being dispatched to guarantee a flawless and satisfactory delivery and told me to return the mat to an address in Germany at my own expense!! Wat the hell!! This is obviously going to cost as much as the mat itself if not more!! An actual scam of a company and i will be reporting to trading standards. This is not how you run a buisness!! I hope others check for reviews before ordering from them.

"Received wrong item, bad customer service!"

Purchased three mats and they sent me two correct and one wrong item. When asked for a fix they expect me to keep it for a “discount” which they call an advantage to me despite the mat being more expensive the one that I ordered. They stated there will be more expense to me to get it returned despite their mistake. Customer service extremely unprofessional, misspelled my name and provided no resolution. I will report them if they don’t fix the issue.

"Avoid like the plague"

Avoid like the plague. As many others have now stated, I bought a carpet mat and within less than 30 days the mat has cracked in multiple places where the wheels of the chair go, and the company are refusing to provide a refund unless I send the mat to their office in Germany for an investigation, at my own expense.

Clearly a breach of contract and the Consumer Act 2015 and will be contacting Trading Standards

"Mats are not durable and post purchase customer service poor"

We purchased a heavy floor mat f or home office from this company. Mat was cracked in less than 3 weeks despite apparently it being suitable for our carpet type. Customer service basically told me by email that they would only refund if it was cracked by them and no wear and tear. I was also told I would have to pay for shipping back to Germany which at the moment is probably more expensive than a new one. The right thing for them to do would have been to at least allow me to ship it back within the U.K. I won’t be buying from these people again.

"Cracked and useless"

Initially promising, however, after two months of use the mat is cracked in multiple places and will soon be totally useless. The customer service response was to tell me to pay for postage from UK to Germany for them to inspect for defects, with no promise that this would result in anything. A disappointing experience all round

"Avoid at all costs"

Avoid at all costs! Ordered 2 mats for carpet floors, within 4 weeks they both began to crack, despite normal weight people using them.
I contacted the company and was severely disappointed by their response. I have send them photos of the issue, but they wanted me to send the mats back to them in Germany at my own cost and declined my suggestion for them covering the postage or to provide a reimbursement. In fact after 2 emails they stopped answering.

A German Company masquerading as British. My carpet protector mat cracked after a week of use and has been getting steadily worse. Floormats.shysters.uk requested that I return it to Germany for inspection. Yeah right, course I will! Now ignoring my emails.

"Scam company"

Bought a pro series polycarbonate mat to put under
an office chair. It broke & shattered within 10 minutes
after sitting on the chair, I am 11st which is average
weight.
The mat is advertized as crack resistant, though it is clearly unfit for purpose.
I emailed the company & have not got a reply.
Luckly I bought it through PayPal, I currently am raising this through them, hopefully I should get my £50 back.

Update: I was required to send the item back to their London adress at my expense, I sent item back which cost me £10 by parcelforce UK, tracking the parcel they tried to deliver the item 2 times & nobody was at the adress provided by floormatsUK to recieve the item.
PayPal was provided with the tracking information & will review it... Still waiting for my refund.

FloormatsUK is a total scam company, AVOID !!!

"AVOID - DONT USE"

DONT USE: same as other comments - cracked matt and no refund without returning to Germany. Subsequent emails sent asking for full refund are just ignored.

"This company is a scam"

I was excited to have a logo mat for my practice. Initially had 2 replies regards to the logo and resent a vector logo.
NEVER received my product. Called sales and was told I would have a refund that week. 1month later NO refund....called 12 times emailed 4 times no answer!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER

I guess I still will never receive a refund. How companies can scam people so much. £170 I paid to the company. How people can live with themselves stealing customers money.
