"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

As others have reported, floormat cracked after 2 months and you have to send it back to Germany at your own expense for an inspection, where I expect they will tell you it was user error. Have made a formal complaint with Citizens Advice

Mat cracked after a few weeks use. Took ages to arrive in the first place too. Wanted me to return mat to Germany at my expense to review it before considering a refund. I’ve taken this up with PayPal. Rubbish.

I have recently purchased a floor mat from this company to use in my home office. After less than 2 months use it has cracked and fallen apart. I contacted the company to explain the situation and was told that I had to send the product to Germany for inspection before they could take the matter any further. After informing them that it would be totally absurd to spend more on posting the item than the cost of the item itself (it is 120cm x 80cm) with no guarantee of a refund / replacement, they told me there was nothing more they could do. A total con.

"Very poor quality"

As many other reviews have described. The floor mat cracked within two months of receiving the item. When reported to customer service, they said I had to send it back to Germany, at my own cost, for them to assess the damage. No detail of what would happen after the assessment either!

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ON 19TH JUNE, STILL WAITING!!! TRY TO CALL THEM MORNING, MIDDAY, EVENING. NO ONE BOTHER TO PICK THE PHONE UP. PHONE SAYS SEND THEM AN EMAIL AND THEY WILL REPLY WITHIN 4 HOURS. I AM WAITING TO GET A REPLY SINCE 23RD JUNE, 7TH JULY, 8TH JULY AND 9TH JULY. SERIOUSLY GOOD GOD GIRL GET A GRIP! WHAT A RUBBISH COMPANY, AVOID THEM.

One star - only because its not possible to leave no stars. I must echo what a lot of others are saying. Mat looks great but after using it only for 1 hour a day over 6 weeks the mat cracked. I complained and they want me to pay to send it back to Germany to be 'examined for faults'. Low quality and dismal service.

"Don`t waste your money!"

Poor quality mat cracked very quickly after light use. After much complaining did actually receive a replacement - which went exactly the same way. German company pretending to be British. Really surprised at lack of quality and customer service awful.

"AVOID"

AVOID! Like many others, I bought from this company without first researching them. I purchased a polycarbonate mat to go on carpet under and office chair; within 6 months of light use at home it is breaking up. Request for a refund resulted in what is evidently their standard response 'outside our 30 day refund limit' which is irrelevant. No response since. Quite appalling; I've wasted my money.

As many others have experienced, I bought a mat in April and it now has a huge crack along the middle but as it is outwit the 30 day period they are refusing to do anything about it. Scandalous - product is not fit for purpose yet they can get away with this. Will be taking it further.

"Not-interested in after-sales problems"

Sadly, I have to echo the negative comments of so many other reviewers. I bought two £50 chair mats from them 11 months ago, one polycarbonate and one polypropylene. The polycarbonate one is still fine, but a crack appeared in the polypropylene after a few months and it is now covered in cracks, even though it was sold as suitable for my floor surface. However, when I contacted the company they simply said I was outside their 30 day return period, and then didn't bother to reply to my follow-up e-mail pointing out it wasn't fit for the purpose for which it was sold. So be warned. Whilst their prices may be a little cheaper, don't expect any redress if things go wrong.
