"I would definately recommend"
I ordered a set of anti-slip strips. The package arrived empty. I emailed them and they promptly replied with an offer of a total refund, or 20% discount as compensation. I went with the compensation which was credited to my account within minutes.
10 days later later my replacement package arrived.
I'm well pleased, the strips are exactly as described.
Sometimes things go wrong, but for my purchase it got sorted.
They don't deserve the bad reviews. I'm a happy customer !

Placed my order 2 weeks ago still no contact other than an order confirmation email on day 1. Emailed and called with no answer. Customer service is non existent.

I spent almost £500 on two mats. One, a runner for a corridor where our dog comes in. I ordered 366cm however it is 376cm long so it has to fold back on itself to fit. Beware, they have a 'get out clause' of -/+ 5% size variation so it's not really a customised mat as you may have something smaller or larger than you want. How difficult is it to set a machine to your specific measurements? You are paying for something customised. I also ordered Navy and it's more a mid blue so if you want a specific colour you may be disappointed. I wouldn't' buy from them again. Very poor value for money.

"Not worth the money (cracks appear)"
Ordered a floormat a year ago, after about 3 months it starts to show slight cracks. After a year I can see it will need replacing. I have contacted the company and they say that the return period is 30 days! Very cross that a product such as this will only be considered for replacement during 30 days. £50 plus, for a piece of thick plastic is a rip off.
Company wanted a reason for one star, I referred them to my original email of dissatisfaction. No further contact. Avoid company. Had to give it one star pity you can’t give it zero.

Read the reviews here - not a good company! I ordered a mat and they took my money and ran. Customer support is non-existent - they ignore all emails and NEVER answer their phone. Dreadful.

As other purchasers I should have read the reviews. Ordered an item from them, money taken on the same day, no order acknowledgment. Emailed a few days later - they claim they reply to emails within 4 hours but 2 days later i have not had any communication.
Tried to call them to find out that after holding for 7 min they told me that they are too busy or the office is closed (at midday???).

Wish I'd read the ratings before ordering. Ordered on 12th April, money taken on 15th. Order marked as 'Complete' on their site. No items were delivered so emailed on 23rd and was sent a tracking number and link to Hermes site. Number is valid but message is 'waiting for your item'. Emailed on 27th and 30th April. Called today (1st May) and, like others, held for 6 and half minutes before the call was simply cut off. Emailed again, demanding refund. Have also instructed my bank to try and recover the money. Pretty angry and can't understand what they're playing at. Half expected to see they'd gone into administration but no sign as yet.

Terrible experience, damaged mat agreed refund that never appeared, impossible to get a hold of on phone and do not answer phone. AVOID!
