Anyone old enough to recognise the openng words of the 'Wagon Train' TV series, will apreciate that I prefer a simpler life now, without my 5 wheeled computer chair stumbling over the rucks in the carpet!
My new 'Long Life - 3 mm - 75x120 cm' chair mat for carpets is doing a great job. Smooth and low friction without any deflections under my 14 stone weight. The moulded gripper mini-spikes stop the mat moving anywhwere on the carpet. The transparent plastic means that the carpet pttern shows through well, disgusing the fact that the mat is in place.

This mat replaced a different brand which was thinner and lasted 2 years before cracking up. The new thicker mat should last much longer.

I ordered the mat on the 4th June ( 7 weeks ago) and still haven't received it, nor have I received a refund, despite requesting one.
Their customer service takes days to reply and generally ignores me.


UPDATE: the mat arrived two months later. It looked like they'd just cut a section from an old carpet. One of the edges was all frayed. They won't refund me, apparently it's supposed to look like this.
