They will take your money for a flight they can't book tickets for and tell you they will refund your money after 20 working days. It has been more than 40 working days and I still haven't got my refund. They have a useless customer service team who are trained to help them with their scam of holding their customer's funds. Because I have made calls to their customer service team at least 5 times and all they say is they will get back to me within 24 hours.

I booked a hotel for Thailand, for December 23, 'luxury villa', over Christmas- busy time of year.
After booking, I communicated with the actual hotel and they advised there was no reservation made in my name. The hotel 'reservation' number on my receipt was nonsense. I waited a couple of days, exactly the same.
ALSO, the hotel advised me there was no such room type at the hotel, no luxury, only a normal villa, so Rehlat couldn't have actually booked what I've paid for. It's a scam.
I contacted Rehlat, they said they will confirm 7 days before!!!! Whatever- it's Christmas week, if its not reserved now, it never will!!
I then looked Rehlat up on Trustpilot and was horrified to read the reviews of people turning up at hotels/airports with no bookings.
I've since booked with a reputable company online, and guess what? The reservation was there within ten minutes. All legitimate.
I'm now having to go to my credit card to get my money back.
(Which you can only do within 60 days, by the time of my reservation its too late!) Rehlat obviously knows this, read the reviews people can't get their money back.
Its a scam. Read all the reviews, they don't book the rooms, or the flights. They steal your money.

One star is too much for you fraudsters. I had booked a flight from Sharjah to Dammam with Rehlat and they did not book the flight as a result I was stranded and had to pay more costly plane tickets. It has been more than a month and I still have not received my refund of 756 SAR. Do not use them.

Booked a hotel with free cancellation back in mid February. Cancelled it a few days later, was told I’d get my refund within 10-12 days. It’s been 6 weeks nearly now and whenever I try and contact them they ignore my questions and send me a generic response saying my issue has been forwarded on to their finance department.

Steer well clear of them, they don’t seem to have any intention to stick to their promise of a refund!
