"MAIN ISSUE: PM PROPERTY LAWYERS"

As another reviewer mentioned (Brian). HL were good enough to speak to, but the family had the extreme bad luck of being transferred to work with PM Property Lawyers for a transfer of equity. Long story/short, they lost house deeds & were nothing short of abysmal. We are now speaking to The Legal Ombudsman about them & seeking legal advice on the way they looked after us. If you get referred to PM, then CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!!!
I must quickly explain the 5 stars though, that unlike PM, Homeward did respond to the complaints & were quick to refund my initial payment with special thanks to Joshua Harper, hence why the rating for their support, as the whole incident is PM’s fault. Credit where credits due for Homeward & just read my review of PM.

Homeward legal polite and efficient but the key issue is that they pass on work to specialist conveyancers. In my case Mundy’s who were very very poor. Slow and very poor on comms. Funds were delayed on completion. At one point I sought to use Homeward to help expedite but they were also thwarted by Mundy’s
