Any legal process can be extremely daunting for most people. When I called Homeward Legal to make sure to incredibly reasonably priced quote online was correct, I was greeted by Mark Mclauchlan who explained the breakdown to me and was incredibly helpful.

Following speaking to Mark regarding a transfer of title deed, I agreed to pay a deposit for a both the transfer of equity and also the purchasing of a new property. Honestly, he made what had been a stressful hunt for a solicitor, seem so easy within a matter of minutes. I cannot recommend Homeward enough base don my interactions with Mark.

Ignore all the negative comments,i have nothing but praise for this company.I have had the pleasure of using two of their solicitors on their panel.I had to use a different one for a purchase as this was a new build,and the other solicitor did not do new builds.First the quotes,they were at least.50% lower than many mainstream solicitors and the service we got was on a par with them,so if you want to save a few hundred quid gives these guys a ring.They are very friendly,are easily contactable if there are any queries or questions,and offer an outstanding service.The guy i dealt with was Josh,an extremely pleasant person,after a few minutes talking to him it was like we had known each other for years.I asked if there were any local solicitors on their panel and apparently there was one in Leicester.As this was quite local to me i was able to take my ID documents to reception to be checked and i could also drop in any documents as and when.The guy i got was Pritesh who was extremely diligent in the way he carried out the conveyancing throughout.He made sure all the i's were dotted and all the t's crossed.Talk about belt and braces then another belt.He answered emails within acceptable time limits and was thoroughly professional at all times would definitely use again.The other solicitor was Natalie,the new bulid expert.After filling in the usual initial forms we heard nothing,we thought what was going on,then suddenly we received a huge wad of documents in the post including contracts and transfer documents i was astounded at the speed of it all.Unfortunately we had to cancel and as it was a no sale/purchase no fee we had nothing to pay.Again although we did not have much interaction with Natalie the work carried out by her was thoroughly professional,would definitely use again.One final thing,if you are having any issues with your allotted solicitor the guys at Homeward Legal will be happy to intervene on your behalf.I would thoroughly recommend giving these guys a try,you won't be disappointed
