Homeward legal have been highly professional and very supportive during my time purchasing a house. They are providing very timely and knowledgeable advice as it is an auction lot. I wiuld highly recommended Homeward Legal to anyone who requires conveyancing services they can trust and within set dealines.

"Awful Experience"

We have had an awful experience with Homeward legal and we really regret using them. They referred us to a the most useless and rude solicitor (Mundy’s). It has been the worse customer experience I have ever had. Despite raised many concerns and complaints with Homeward Legal (with Joshua Harper) they continued to maintain that the solicitor we were referred to was great and dismissed all concerns without taking any action. We did all of the work ourselves in the end that the solicitor was paid to do. Do not waste your money using them, they were useless

Used them before always provide good service. Was able to contact them and arrange solicitor on Saturday. Also after first sale fell attempt through they refunded and realocated most of the fee to the new sale.

I was told they could complete a sale quickly, that any delays would be on the side of the purchaser. Time was of the essence. They referred me to a firm that took a week to answer an email. I'm deaf so can't use the phone easily to discuss matters so I need a prompt response. They passed me to a firm in the slow lane.

"Highly recommend Homeward Legal"

I decided to use homeward legal for assistance in a 28 day auction completion. Christopher Pearcy was extremely efficient and swiftly we had the onboarding commenced with the selected solicitors.

Upon receiving my mortgage offer my broker told me my lender's legal fees have to be paid by me but they can also act for myself too. Obviously, I was not aware of this when initially instructig Homeward legal and did not want to have to pay legal fees twice by having my own solicitor and paying the lenders too.

I instructed Homeward legal in good faith without knowing this may happen and asked for my £180 refund which they duly obliged and I received swiftly.
I was worried I may not be refunded but it goes to show the ethical standing of these guys.

I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

Great until you have instructed and paid deposit - avoid!
Poor communication and service.

I repeatedly emailed the solicitor i was given and have recieved no response from them.
I then phoned the solicitor number they gave me which forwarded me on to a company call person, who knew nothing and just told me to wait.
I am still waiting for any kind of response from the solicitor they assigned to me after 10 days of trying to contact them.
