Ask for a quote for a simple Transfer of Equity, something relatively straightforward and could do myself but happy to have someone arrange for me if price is right.
The final quote from Homeward Legal contained so many unnecessary and irrelevant items that the bottom line was almost three times want it needed to be for the actual work requested.
I have an advantage of having some experience of the work involved but it is worrying that they appear to be overcharging and potentially exploiting those with less knowledge/experience.
