Once I had the conveyancing quote, using Completely Moved, Mark McLauchlan gave me a call soon after and completely listened to where I was at. I was intending to bid on an auction property and had a short amount of time for the legal pack to be reviewed. Mark gave me assurance it would be done, having only 4 working days for the auction. Alun Richards reviewed the legal pack and it was emailed to me in good time.
The review was thorough, and with the advice, Alun Richards was straight to the point. I really do not think that Alun Richards could have been more honest and to the point with what was written. The review also had a tremendous amount of information and knowledge in relation to properties sold at auction and more.
