I had some gifts delivered at Christmas and there was a bit of a mix up. I contacted the company and it got ironed out and they replaced the product, they were very helpful.

Sorry Dartington crystal this is not your fault this is the fault of the company you employed to deliver your product. On my email the delivery was due between 16.30 and 17.30 but never arrived I then got an email saying Sorry we missed you but never came to my address anyway, I contacted d p d the driver had tried to deliver the parcel to the wrong address, I then found out he had taken the parcel to a d p d drop of point 5 miles away from me and I to go to collect it myself and had all ready paid nearly £6 pounds in postage to yourselves. I find this absolutely unacceptable.

"Poor colour."
Bought as Christmas present.
Just received Heather coloured vase .very quick delivery , well wrapped , and nice shape BUT I am extremely underwhelmed by the colour . Nothing like pictured on Webb sight. Most washed out. Bought a larger piece as a present for same person last year and was very happy with the purple colour. This years purchase was in the sale (for £ 52 pounds ) is it substandard?

"Parking payment didnt go through £60 fine"
Visited Dartington shops complex on the 3/6/24 after many visits in the past 20 years. Put my car details in the parking machine for 1 hour and had a coffee with relatives.
3 weeks later have a parking fine as the payment did not go through on the day, a charge of £60.
After a lot of phone calls they removed the fine. Rating changed from 1 to 3 stars as helpful to refund the fine.
The details on line explain that the shops are part of the dartington trust.

Thanks you to the team at Dartington Crystal (Karen) for all their amazing help in sorting out replacing some gin glasses. They even sent some additional martini glasses as a gift, which was a lovely surprise - and immediately used. Cheers 🍸

"Wine glasses paper thin and too fragile"
Purchased 12 red wine glasses
ST3286/3. Don't be fooled - glasses look lovely but glass is paper thin. 5 glasses have broken in 12 months. So fragile that just drying up by hand causes wall of glass to snap off. Stems also very fragile. The slightest tap and they will snap off. Note that we never put glasses in a dish washer and handle them very carefully. This is a very unsustainable product. If you buy them consider them to be disposable.

"Paying Full Price for Factory Outlet Quality"
I purchased a vase at full price, only to discover a significant bubble in it upon arrival. When I contacted customer service to request an exchange, I was informed that the factory standard tolerates up to 3 bubbles in their products and was advised to return the item at my own expense. Items with such imperfections should be sold as outlet goods, not at full price.
I followed up with an email asking for a complimentary return, given the circumstances, but have yet to receive a response. I definitely won't buy from Dartington again.

Over 75% of the shops are closed and what sparse stock there is is mainly over-priced. Such a disappointment.

"Appalling delivery and customer…"
Appalling delivery and customer service. It took weeks to arrive and when it did one of the six glasses was broken. I appreciate this can happen so wasn’t to worried as the glasses are beautiful. Seeings as they were very pricey, I assumed a new one would be provided or a refund. It has been a month trying to chase for a replacement. They say they don’t know why it hasn’t been delivered. I have been in contact nearly every other day and they say the same thing. They never pick up the phone and are not helpful at offering a solution. I still haven’t had the situation sorted and it’s just getting silly now.
