Buyers beware stay away sellers sell damaged or misrepresent products then they hide behind crazy shipping charges I purchased 400 leather belts and 150 were damaged but because seller inflated shipping my refund was $13.00 🤦🏻

worst company i have ever dealt with. they are a broker for sellers and allow their sellers to sell fraud and use "bait and switch" i got a gaylord from them which had NOTHING in it from the 8 pictures they showed and now im waiting for some 3rd party to solve the problem. i also won 2 other item sfrom the same seller thank god i didn't pay for them. I told bstock i would not pay for them until the fisrt one was straighten out and was told i should pay for them or i might get large fees taken from my back account. I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! they allow fraud and dont help the buyers. TERRIBLE BUSINESS

What a scammers!!!!

I've been doing amazon returns with B-Stock for the last year, since the first Lockdown. I started as I've already got a warehouse and the import shipping cost went mad after COVID-19, so I thought I'll give it a try after watching some FB and social media advertisements which they are scams as well. I'm sure these people are getting paid by amazon.

First truckload arrived was good, but the other 4 I've ordered were totally full of rubbish and dodgy items from the fraud team and the fraud team labels were still on a lot of the items. Although, they knew it was the wrong item sent by customer the still manifest it as the original item purchased. WHY SELLING THEM AS CUSTOMER RETURN WHEN THEY ARE FRAUDULENT????

I know it's solely my fault to carry on and buying another truckload, but I thought I'll get it better this time. In Oct 2021, I saw the manifest and thought it's worth it giving it another try. Right here the story begins!!! This time all the stock I've received were returns I agree, but they were all tested and checked before they were sent. Whatever is broken, damaged, faulty or not working they were palletised and put in that manifest. When I started digging to find out what's going on I've noticed that they start separating the items in the B-Stock truckloads. You normally get mixed kitchen/ kids/ Home goods, but now you will get only kitchen in a full truckload that's is fishy but it's too late I've got it now. ONE more important thing I've noticed Amazon UK started selling used and opened box items, that says it all. What they do, from my point of view BUT I'm almost certain thou, Amazon get all customer returns what's good and re-sellable they will keep it and relist it on their platform and what they want to through away and get rid off they send it over to B-Stock (CHEAPEST WAY GETTING RID OF THE GARRBAGE AND GETTING PAID FOR).

SHAME ON YOU, this is fraud as it's not customer returns anymore, as they call it, these are spares and repairs items.

If you planning to buy please think again and consider 100% loss.

The reviews on here say it all - Total shambles of a company to deal, they frequently do not have what they sell, take your money and do not want to refund! They only refunded after court action threatened. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional.

"Declining fast"

After 3 years of buying from them, they have gone downhill rapidly. I have had three large shipments just not show up on the day they were scheduled. The previous 3 shipments all were supposed to be A/B condition and more than 25% of the lot was unsaleable. The NJ Location of Costco seems to be the worst as they rarely declare a lot mixed or even C/D so they just put the bad stuff in the A/B. I have complained to Bstock about the shipping and the quality and they don't respond or they just say they can't do anything. I have bought from Amazon through them with a full missing pallet that they gave me some reimbursement on and through other companies but the shipping process through BStock has been a nightmare especially if you aren't a big company that has a manned warehouse all the time.

They say they have product condition grade levels of, Grade A/B, Grade C/D and Mixed Lot. I purchase a box of Beats headphones from BStock Costco that were supposed to be Grade A/B which means good condition instead I got a box in which half the items were broken, didn’t work, poor condition and some were missing. Rep tells me Grade A/B includes damaged and poor condition items which is the dumbest sh!t I have heard. If that is the case why would you have Mixed Condition lots, which is what they sold me as a Grade A/B lot. So basically I got scammed into thinking I was purchasing items that should have been ready for sell and instead got salvage items that are trash and can’t even be sold for parts. Stay away from these people unless you like giving away money not even worth the 1 star Trust Pilot needs to allow negative ratings.
